I’m not sure how healthy and good vibration plates are for your overall well-being but they definitely add fun to my life. This particular vibration plate was easy to set up and use within minutes of opening up the box. I love that there is a remote control to it. is quite sturdy and hold our extra large body frames.. My husband tried it out for fun and while he Wasn’t one over by the machine, I’m glad he was willing to entertain me. I do find that the buttons are quite sensitive and a little slight touch will turn off the machine. I love that there is a master switch on the device so that it can’t be accidentally turned on by children or curious tweens.

I recently purchased the Vibration Plate Exercise Machine to assist my mother with her balance and to help my son alleviate muscle pain caused by cerebral palsy. Setting up the vibration plate was a breeze, and we were able to start using it within minutes of unboxing it. The machine itself is sturdy and well-constructed, although it is quite heavy and not easy to move around. One convenient feature is the remote control, which allows for easy operation. Additionally, the touch panel works, providing another convenient way to control the machine.
However, understanding the various programs and how to use them properly has been a bit challenging. The machine offers different programs, but the instructions do not provide detailed information about the purpose of each program. As a result, we have been using the default setting without knowing its specific benefits. Despite this, my mother has expressed that she enjoys using the machine and feels that it has been beneficial for her balance. Similarly, my son has found relief from muscle tension while relaxing his legs after using the machine.
We are hopeful that with time and more exploration, we will be able to understand and utilize the other settings to further improve our experience with the Vibration Plate Exercise Machine. Overall this is a well-made product and if you have experience with this type of exercise machine you will undoubtedly like it.

This is a very powerful vibration plate. On level one, as seen in my video, it’s powerful enough to supply a sufficient amount of vibration through the body to achieve your basic goals or objectives. The other levels take it up notches to up your results, if needed. I find the machine to be easy to operate and maintain. It doesn’t take up a lot of space and isn’t heavy to move. It’s not loud and has animated pulses of light that makes using the machine fun and engaging. It’s made of solid materials that seem durable and lasting. The price is comparable to other vibration plates on the market, if not a little cheaper. I definitely recommend.

This is my first time ever hearing about or owning a vibration plate exercise machine. Was really curious to see how this would work. The machine itself is well built. Has quite a bit of heft due to the motor and everything that makes it do what it does.
It is built with plastic everywhere else so I do have a few concerns with how well it will hold up over time but so far as I have been using it with no issues.
You can easily control this machine from the touch panel, which works very well, or utilizing the included remote which is how I choose to use it.
Now, understanding how it works and how to properly use it leaves a lot to be desired. You might as well say this device comes without any instructions. The “instructions” that are included are poorly written and don’t even tell you how to get the most out of the machine.
The machine has different programs you can switch between but the “instructions” don’t mention anything about what each one does or what it is targeted for. This is a machine where the most information you can get is from the amazon product page itself.
Love the resistant bands that are included with the machine and I use them all the time. Really love how versatile this machine is but I would get so much more out of it and be able to recommend it more if I really understood how it works and how to get the most out of it.
All of these are issues that could have been addressed in the “instructions” if they had actually tried.

There are 5 pre-programmed workout modes, and the user manual isn’t always the clearest, but I did find several helpful videos of exercises for vibration boards online.
It is a little expensive, but it’s ability to support over 300 pounds is the cause, and you are paying for the build quality.

This is a powerful plate that I keep in my office, by my desk to use often for a few minutes throughout the day to allow for blood flow to the legs and the rest of the body. These plates may have some benefits which I apprecite. I have been using this type of plates for a couple of years now and this is one of the powerful ones I have had the opportunity to use and enjoy. Easy to set up, use and move around when needed while also being stable while standing on it.
