The machine is well built and sturdy, was put together in a very short amount of time. easily stood up on end to store, reasonably comfortable set .
The one problem with this machine the shocks are basic (Not adjustable for pressure) therfore if one shock has less or more hydraulic pressure it can not be adjusted to compensate. I will have to buy 2 new adjustable shocks.

This rowing machine was easy to assemble and arrived on time.
I have been using this device for several weeks and have only one regret: that I did not pay attention to the LENGTH of the center bar where the seat travels as it is too short to give the most effective flow-of-motion.
I am 5′ 10″ tall and to sit on the seat and extend as far back as i can on this machine, I have to have my rear end hanging over the back-side of the “saddle” to get a more effective stretch on the machine.
This adds discomfort as the “hang over” part of my back side is not supported.
If this device came with an EXPANDABLE center channel for seat travel, it would allow much better adjustment for a person’s height to have the most effective range of motion during the work out.
Also…the ridiculous ribbed plastic balls that go over the lower connection assembly for the oars are nothing but noisy useless pieces of nonsense….I cut them off by my second work out as they kept making annoying popping noises after every stroke….what purpose do they serve ???
I am still enjoying my purchase as “You get what you pay for”….but I am prepared that this device might not last a year’s worth of daily use…then I will likely purchase a rowing machine of better quality and size.
