The one thing that is weird are the little nob things that are for your feet. I thought they were supposed to be magnetic, but I’m not sure. They they feel weird if I am bare footed on the board. I just use either running shoes or slippers so they don’t hurt my feet. Just a little too hard as my feet are sensitive. But I still really like the machine.

I liked the vibration platform for use on my legs while sitting at my desk while working. I used it for 5 minutes 3 times a day. It was quiet for about a week, then became annoyingly loud. It completely quit working 2 days ago, and is too late to do a return. I have only had it for 3 months.

Max 99 speeds (product description on Amazon states 120). For those wondering how this translates into Hz frequency, the user manual states: Rated Voltage AC 100V, 60Hz. Product seems to work fine but more information about technical specs would be appreciated. Also be cautious of the suggested exercises as not all will be safe for the body.

I believe I received a defective machine requested a refund and able to confirm return no problem. There’s a clicking sound when I turn it on. Remote only works to turn on and change program manual mode doesn’t work I can’t adjust speed it time with remote. Product was easy to plug in and turn on. Other than the defects I tried for 3 days and I can definitely feel relief of my lower back pain and it definitely got me sweating after doing 30 mins of just standing on it. I would recommend it’s a great price and really gets ur blood flowing and muscles working.

I love the compact size of this vibration plate, it is very easy to transport and store. I have seen big and bulky vibration plate at my friends home, every difficult to trasnport and store.
Very easy to operate there’s no set up. You literally plug it in and go. There are a 99 levels of intensity.Included remote to choose the intended time and power level.
Design of product is very robust, I feel fully secure while standing on it.
With the help of loops bands( free with this product) you can enhance your workout session.
