Machine seems decent enough, but only had it 3 days. Listing is a mess. On the listing alone, the maximum weight limit has 4 different amounts.
In the listing, there’s one spot that says the weight max limit is 300 lbs… also 265 lbs…. also 350 lbs…. and also 250 lbs.
The box it came in says 250.
Get your act together, seller!! Unless you like returns.

I got the items 2 days ago and i have been using twice my second time started hearing a popping sound or like flipping which i never heared the first time I used. im very disappointed worried soon it will be a big issue

I am returning this product as the small nodes on product are uncomfortable and painful. I was not able to last more than 7 min on lowest setting due to the discomfort. I don’t wear shoes inside my house and don’t care to wear shoes on the machine, if it’s the only alternative. I also don’t believe my feet would fit with shoes as I’m a size 9 and feet just fit on machine. Same bumps hurts hands when doing plank pose or your butt when sitting on machine. It’s also quite loud, thought it would be quieter. I reached out to their customer service as that’s why they say on flyer that comes with machine only to be told to send back to Amazon, don’t waste your time contacting them and just go through Amazon.
