Okay I don’t actually have dentures but it did feel like it might vibrate some teeth right out of my mouth, lol (not really). But it is a STRONG vibration. There is NO QUESTION at all – this thing really works great!
I’m using it as part of my routine to help strengthen my core and increase my balance. These things are important to my ongoing health as I get older. I am currently 56 and a very active person and I wish to keep it that way. I also suffer from mild/moderate back pain and when it is flaring up next I feel like this may be helpful with that. I also feel like using this as part of my routine may help to prevent flare-ups by helping me to strengthen my core, which should also help to prevent injury. Win all the way around. Five stars!

Well, I haven’t used this for that long yet, so I can’t vouch for how well it works long term. But I CAN say that after only a few days, I already feel less fatigued than I usually do.
Anyway, if you are someone who’s just now coming across this machine, then I would highly recommend getting it. And not just because I like it, but because I happened to stumble across another identical listing for it that says that over a thousand of them were bought in the past month, and that has an average of four and a half stars from over 2,000 reviews! So there must be something good about EILISON’s Fitpro Vibration Plate Exercise Machine.

I’ve been debating getting a vibration plate machine for a while now, but didn’t know if I’d actually use it, if it’d be worth it, etc., but finally decided to go for it and grab this one. I’m really happy that I did. I’ve only been using it for about a week now but I feel like I’ve already seen some impacts/differences. I’ve only ever stood on it (and done some light squats); I haven’t done any sort of other full workout yet. With that, a) it’s definitely improved my leg strength and my core strength, b) I just feel more energized and alert after using it, and c) it’s DEFINITELY helped with gas and bloating.
I’m excited to keep using it. If you’re looking for a good vibration plate machine, this seems like a really great one to have.
