I was very skeptical about this product and spent weeks checking out and researching different makes and models. Found this one and seemed like a great fit for someone starting out and trying for the first time and at a great price in comparison to other ones I’ve seen that are $200 and up. Didn’t want to invest too much on something I wasn’t sure would be the right fit and work for me. I was pleasantly surprised when I received it. So relaxing and soothing and helped me feel sleepy and I struggle with sleep a lot so, so far so good. One of the best purchases I’ve made for my health and well-being. Great product at a great price point. If I had to nitpick, I would say I just wish the remote was the same colour as the silver model I chose, it’s bronze/brown like the other colour choice.

Update, the description says lifetime, guarantee but nine broke after a year. I’ve advised many many people to purchase one and they have but now supposedly my window was over last January? That’s false advertising
I first heard about a vibration plate about six months ago. I ran into this woman in her 70s at Walmart and she was amazing. She was so fit and just glowing and sparkling everything about her said 20 years younger. I said you know I just have to ask you what is your secret and she said that well I laugh every day and I do 10 minutes a day on my vibration plate. I didn’t really think much of it. Fast forward several months and I had an arm injury. Almost broke my arm. I was just shopping on Amazon and for some reason decided to check it out and then I read that it was good for pain so I bought it to help with my arm. That was 3 1/2 months ago. Since then I’ve lost almost 20 pounds without even trying. My body is shrinking. The first thing I noticed was that my thighs were firmer and more sculpted. My son is on the fencing team at MIT and he had told me about twitch muscles. Evidently this vibration plate activates those. And I found an even greater use for it! I am an aesthetician and I have been using Guacha and facial massage for the last year to improve firmness in my face . I discovered while standing on this vibration plate that if you bend your knees slightly turn your head so that your chin is over your shoulder and look down with your face. It will jiggle your face and firm it !!!!! I do about 10 minutes a day on this thing and let’s just say I can wear my skinny jeans and my size 6 bikini again and I’ll be 60 next month!!! It really really really really really works.

I have had this machine for just outside the return window and it is not working right. The balance is off and jiggles all over the place making it impossible to use. Have tried all the troubleshooting and just want to return it. Waste of money. So disappointed.

I purchased the EILISON Bolt Vibration Plate on November 2023. I thoroughly enjoyed it up until it didn’t vibrate anymore. I only had it for 9 months. I tried contacting the seller which was difficult but finally got thru. What had happened was the belt for the plastic wheel that drives the motor came off and couldn’t get it back on. I contacted customer service and told them what had happened, and they sent me a new vibration plate. They really came through. Thank you Eilison.

Es la segunda maquina de este tipo que tengo, si bien esta se siente mucho menos robusta (los plásticos son de baja calidad) que la otra de otra marcar que tenia antes.
Ventajas de esta VS mi antigua maquina… Esta:
El motor es mas silencioso
Hace mucho menos ruido prácticamente nada
Pesa menos
Tiene buena fuerza no se siente que la maquina sufra con mi peso (86KG)
No se calienta mucho a pesar de que se uso mucho tiempo
Desventajas vs mi antigua maquina
El control parece no ser para ella fuera de velocidad, encendido y tiempo prácticamente no hace nada
Limitados los programas
La calidad del plástico
Al momento cumple con su función yo la uso para rehabilitación espero que si dure

Le escribí a soporte el cual contesto rápida y amablemente y me enviaron otro nuevo sin hacer muchas preguntas prácticamente al día siguiente (espero ahora si dure)

I used this for 15 minutes the first time. Second time I went to use it, it turned on but did not vibrate.
Contacted the company after a ton of research to find out how to reach them. They replied with a video of how to put the belt back on. I did that, but it just comes right off again with the first use. I contacted them a few more times to let them know and they have ignored me for months. DO NOY BUY.
They literally ripped me off for $100 since it broke after first 15 minutes of use.

I was very skeptical about purchasing this item at first. It had several good reviews but I just wasn’t sure. Needless to say, I am very happy with my purchase. I have been using it for about two weeks now and have begun to notice my legs appear/feel more tone. I like that the instructions include different poses you can do and what areas it targets. I have also gotten a little creative and started doing some of my own poses. It is really nice to use on your arms as well. My only complaint would be that it can you make feel a little sick because it makes your head shake a little. I usually tuck my head down and close my eyes.
Honestly, I would more than recommend this. The first night I used it, I wasn’t expecting to see any type of results. I went into it without any expectations (I was afraid of the placebo effect lol) and the next morning, I woke up and instantly felt less bloated. It definitely has helped with my circulation and toning. If you are going back and forth on whether or not to purchase it… this is your sign to do it!! I wish I would have taken before pictures to post but I didn’t think about it until today.
I will update this review if there are any more noticeable changes!!

Like other reviewers, plugged it in and it would only hum on the 3rd time using the machine; now it won’t say or do anything. No vibration or movement at all! Re-Read and followed the instructions to troubleshoot — but no vibration. EDITED REVIEW 4/9/24: Customer service reached out to offer full refund and I am truly appreciative of this. Thanks for honoring lifetime warranty and making it right!

I decided to get a Vibration Plate Exerciser to increase my bone density. I chose the Bolt because it is lightweight, can be operated on carpeting, and has a “lifetime” warranty. I’ve found it easy to maneuver. The manual said to place it on a mat to avoid damaging the carpet. It seems sturdy, but I weigh about 105 lbs. It operates quietly. I’ve had difficulty with the instructions and the use of the remote, and I’ve been fiddling with them for the past couple of days. The remote does not work like any other remote I’ve used in the past. The “lifetime warranty” is misleading as it is only for five years, but five years is still something. Would be great if Eilison would post better instructions on its website with illustrations for those of us who cannot follow the terrible instructions they’ve provided. The diet is also an utter mystery, but I did not buy this exerciser for weight loss. My unit was made in China.
