I purchased/received a Fit Pro XL vibration plate a July 12th, 2024. It worked fantastically for 32 days! I was so excited that I recommended it to 3 of my friends and they all bought one. Now, just 32 days out of the box and 2 days out of return policy for AMAZON the touch screen doesn’t work the remote won’t adjust the speed, it seems to have less vibration than it did when I first got it and the vibration is not even on both sides. I just want a working replacement, when it worked I was getting so many benefits and was ready to make a video for my more than 48k social media followers, but if I can’t count on it to last more the 32 days and I can’t get a warranty replacement I can’t in good concision continue to recommend your product to my friends and I will not recommend the Ellison Fit Pro XL to my followers.

The user manual that comes with is basically useless. There are multiple modes and the remote makes no sense. Should have known “made in china”. Deceiving b/c company is advertised as US but box received “made in China”. Needs to be clear instructions due to multiple modes, times, etc.

I was in a bad car accident (hit by a drunk driver) in 2003 and was left with permanent nerve damage, plus I have bad knees from playing softball for 35 years. After all these years of severe pain and steroids, of course there’s been much weight gain. When I tell you walking, standing for more than 5 minutes and jogging definitely have become a thing of the past and it has made working out almost impossible….I accidentally came across this machine!!!
This machine has given me a new life. I purchased it August 14, 2024 and haven’t skipped a beat since I took it out of the box. I feel absolutely amazing! I can already feel toning in my legs and thighs. My energy level has increased and I’m starting to feel better about myself!
The machine is stable and the noise level is very low. As soon as I step off the machine, I instantly feel the tingling of the circulation throughout my legs and thighs.
Honestly, the only downside to this machine is I can’t keep my family off of it because I’ve been raving about how wonderful it, even have a friend to buy one because all I do is share the wonderful new about how this machine has given me new life!!! Thank you for such awesome machine!!!

Love it. I paid a little more for the black color then found out brown pretty also. Only had it a day but so far I love it. It helps loosen up my hips and lower back.

Been broken last 2 months. Can’t confirm if its not working cause kids lost remote (referring to other reviews) been searching for remote to confirm that before writting review.
Super sad not working. Screen works but no thump thump bought 2 years ago. 🙁 knocking only 1 star off cause it wasn’t used very often then last year.. so not like we were hard on it.
