My 81 yo mom had a back injury awhile ago and got used to being in bed. Her legs were wasting away even tho she still had use of them. This has been super helpful in getting her moving again. Added benefit 1: it has an automatic function! Added benefit 2: it can be used in a bed or person laying flat!
It can also be used for arm exercising on a table!
There’s speed controls and reverse. Really great machine! I use it under my desk for working out while sitting too!

This machine did what I expected like a peddle bike but electric which means I don’t get tired while peddling and can peddle much longer. Being a tractor-trailer operator I retired and couldn’t walk straight anymore this machine

Love the light weight easy to carry around the house. However, it’s not sturdy this product although good for the workout, constantly moves with or without the mat. the grips that are suppose to keep grip the mat constantly slip or roll causing the entire machine to slide away from you. After a few minutes you have to keep stopping to adjust the machine.

Cord too short have to use an extension. Machine starts in reverse, can change it but who needs reverse. Machine will work but instruction book not very helpful.
