I was in need of a unit for step aerobics, as well as bench to lie/sit on to perform weight bearing exercises. This unit accommodates both of those needs perfectly! The unit is also convenient because it’s easy to move around, and as is easy to open/close to store my weights inside. Plus, I love the colors – it looks awesome!
This unit is plenty long enough, and sturdy enough (for me) to use for step aerobics, and I really like the functionality of the rubberized material on top of it. The overall design of the material provides superior anti-slip qualities. I can do whatever I need to do with complete confidence. (I have not yet used the extended legs underneath to raise the height).
Additionally, the unit provides the perfect bench for my purposes. The platform easily raises to accommodate the needed height for my back to lean against. Other reviewers mentioned that the bench is not ‘long’ enough for them to lie on while in the flat position. I could see this being a challenge for tall individuals; however, I am only 5’1″ so it works just fine for me. Others have also commented about the bench being uncomfortable to lie against because it’s so hard….well, it’s designed to also be a step unit, so what do you expect? You can’t do step exercises on a cushy platform.
I am 100% satisfied with this unit for my home workout needs.

I bought this at the suggestion of a friend who knew I was looking for a bench but wanted to save some space. This fit the bill perfectly!
Straight out of the box, the bench was absolutely hassle-free (bonus for me!). There are no instructions, but it’s user-friendly enough that you can figure it out.
The construction is well-built, and it’s heavy enough so that it doesn’t budge. Also, there are grips at the bottom of the legs to keep you in place.
The side levers to pull the legs down required a little bit of an effort for me. I had to manually tug at it to get it to release, but it was fine once it came out and snapped into place. I love that I can use this as a bench, but also as a step for other exercises (aerobic) if I wanted to. Again, it’s so versatile!
I especially love that I can adjust the seat to 3 different heights AND that there’s storage! I keep my bands in the compartment and this thoughtful detail is just another great bonus.
We’re mindful of space, so the portability is a total win. I just pick it up and lay it vertically against the wall when I’m done with my workout. This was one of the best purchases for our “home gym.”

This workout bench is perfect and versatile. I primarily ordered it to use to do dumbbell chest and shoulder presses. The user can lie flat on the bench to do chest presses & also choose from 3 incline positions. It of course can also be used as a stepper (keep legs of bench tucked under for a lower step and kick them out and you have a higher stepper). One leg can be kept tucked and the other up if you want to have the bench on an angle/incline. It’s easy to use and surprisingly sturdy. I received an email after I made the purchase which included a PDF file with info about this product and of how to use the bench/fitness deck. The safe total workload is 242.5 lbs and the max load is 375 lbs. I’m 190 lbs. and use 50 lb. dumbbells to do chest presses and it works just fine!
It comes fully assembled and is easy to figure out how to use it. It also has a storage compartment where small dumbbells or a resistance band can be stored. It takes up less room than a “regular” workout bench and this is also more portable. I am under 5 feet tall, but I suspect that for someone very tall this may not seem long enough (if you’re tall, I’d suggest reading the dimensions of this product).

I really like this bench. I use it roughly 3 times a week. Earlier reviews mentioned it is a bit short, and I would agree. I am 5ft 9in and I have to sit just right if I am laying flat. Other than that though, love the bench. It has a variety of positions, and is sturdy in all of them. I have used it to do step ups, dumbbell bench press at 2 different angles, and at a seat to do curls. A lot of other at-home benches I considered didn’t give the option to do the step up thing, and had less versatility.
I like the attention to detail for various heights, and how it can be a lower step up for the stuff my wife does, and the grooves to put resistance bands in is clutch.
As long as you are not too tall, this is a good at-home bench, and really good for the price. It is a bit hard on the back because it does allow you to do step ups, so I put a blanket down to soften that up.

Das Gerät erscheint solide aus hochwertigem Kunststoff, es gibt eine rutschfeste Oberfläche und zwei Höhen, es kann auch schräg genutzt werden, es gibt runde Ausnehmungen für Seile oder Bänder um diverse Übungen anzuwenden, eignet sich super zum Steppen, Liegestütze, Hantelübungen,…usw.
Es gibt seitlich Griffe um die Füße zu lockern und unten eine Art Noppen welche mit je zwei seitlichen Schnappern einhalten.
Hier befindet sich die Schwachstelle, diese nutzen sich extrem schnell Ab, leider gibt es hier keinen Hebel, ich vermute das je nach Verwendung das Gerät an sich bei täglicher Benutzung wahrscheinlich 10 Jahre hält, die Nopen zum einlassen der Füße an der Unterseite werden eher bei dieser Frequenz eine Lebensdauer von 1-3 Monaten haben. Man kann sich vorstellen wie sich das auf 10 Jahre auswirken wird diese zu ersetzen…
Da sehe ich dringenden Nachbesserungsbedarf der Firma.
Dennoch würde ich es kaufen, der Preis von ca. 160€ ist stolz, ich hoffe bei einem Nachfolgemodel wird diese einzige Schwäche eliminiert. Das Gerät wäre dann vollkommen!
Kauf Empfehlung gibt es definitiv!, Die Noppen sollte man auswechseln können, es sind 2 Befestigungsschrauben Sichtbar. Dies folgt in der Anpassung inkl Video und Fotos demnächst.

Took me a while to figure out how to open the leg extensions, but the device is very sturdy and useful. I wish it was a few inches longer so I could lay back on it while sitting on one end whit room for my entire head.
This thing is making my old routine possible. I used to use a stairway in my old home to do some exercises while sitting on the top step and be able to lay back on the floor without moving the rest of me. That important part of my daily routine is now possible again due to this device.

This workout bench is everything to me. A versatile piece of equipment. There’s so many different things/exercises to do on it. The design is very sturdy, the weight and thickness means I can exercise on the deck without worry there’ll be movement. Great value for money as well. I highly recommend this workout deck!
