I wear this while I’m working out to monitor my heart mainly because I found my smartwatch doesn’t do that great of a job. This monitor is super easy to use and no matter what I’m doing, I’m able to look down and watch my heart beats while I’m working out without having to constantly press a button. This will even track the calories that I’m burning too. I have worn this monitor while in my pool doing laps and this monitor still works even while getting wet. The monitor part itself is made very well and is heavy duty. Love the look of it as it has a simple design but is not a simple monitor. Easy to use and love that I can constantly monitor myself, especially when I really need to.
