This is the worst experience I have ever had with a seller. Lack of communication and dishonest. The sell price I purchased elliptical for was $367. Why he jacked up the price on an item that does not work properly is surprising. I requested a refund because the console did not work. The shipping item back would have cost me $217, which the seller would not pay for. When he finally responded back he agreed to replace the console for a new one. Shipped console and no response for 2 wks. I had to find out through Amazon that he claims he didn’t receive the package. I’ve emailed several times the tracking number. Said item was delivered. No response. Wesites says 90 warranty. I’ve been trying to get this issue resolved for over 30 days and counting. This is so unprofessional and misleading.

Not too big but not too small as well. Super sturdy, and provides plenty of room so you don’t feel constricted while doing your exercises. We just put it together and tried it out. Will update after a couple of months. Extremely quiet!
