I really love this vibration machine! I’ve never used a vibration plate before so I didn’t know what to expect. It’s very stable but since I’ve just started using it, I put it very close to a wall so that I can catch myself if needed. I like that it has the loop bands to exercise my arms as well. I have been using them but not while the vibration is running. I will do that as I get more used to the machine.
The machine is very easy to operate & it comes with a remote control. So far, I have been turning it on to one of the 10 preset modes but as it’s running, I change the vibration speed. I change it every minute up to the top speed of 99.
The first time I used it, I was a bit wobbly on it for the first minute maybe & then my body seemed to adjust quickly. I am very prone to muscle cramps in my calves due to the job that I’ve done for the past 40 years. Because of this, my calf muscles are always very tight & sore. After using this machine for 10 minutes the first time, my calves feel GREAT! They feel relaxed for the first time in years! I am so happy with this machine. I will definitely recommend this machine to my friends & family!

I like this vibration plate a lot
It’s my first experience with a home vibration plate.
It comes with the compact plate, resistance bands, electrical cord, remote and minimal instruction booklet.
My only complaint is the lack of “HOW TO” in the instruction manual.
It’s obvious how to set the programs that are preset but less obvious how to use it in manual mode
I’m sure it’s not brain surgery but being someone who DOEs read instructions as a guide point, I find that lacking
Not enough of a negative to remove a star though.
The build quality is solid
The standing surface has a slight concavity at the center and is smooth to stand or sit on
Has a 1 yr warranty.
I am thrilled to begin using this and to witness the results with use.

Vibration plates are all the rage right now. Ive used one at the gym and decided to get one myself. It was easy to get started and works well. We will see what results I get but so far, Im happy.

I’ve been struggling with weight for a while now despite my efforts of tracking and getting the recommended movement daily not is happening. Hoping the addition of this will help shake things up, help with metabolism and drainage. It is really quiet, easy to pop on during a show and really activates your muscles. The pamphlet includes many poses to focus on different areas of the body. So far so good!
