This is exactly as described. It’s pretty bulky and the settings are a little confusing. I’m not exactly sure what I’m supposed to set it at. It seems pretty sturdy. I like that it comes with bands to work your arms too. The vibration takes some time to get used to, it’s pretty intense.

I first used a vibration plate in Physical Therapy after hip surgery. I then purchased this product 3 months after surgery for home use, and I am very pleased. It does seem to help with the soreness, and I’m definitely seeing an improvement in my balance. I did have some questions regarding the 5 automatic pre-programed modes, and was happy to receive a reply from the company within 48 hours explaining the programs.
