a disappointment, the clock stopped working. I never dropped it, yesterday the heard rate stopped working and today the screen is failing. It only lasted 9 months after purchase. Apparently I can’t ask for a refund. I am sad that I can no longer use it. The worst purchase I had in my life, I regret buying it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO BUY THIS WATCH.

I like the fact that it tells me how many calories I’ve burned also the number of hours I’ve slept. Very convenient health wise.

Like the app because it allows set up of alarms and notifications on phone vs setting up on device. Replaced after 5 years due to loss of lcd screen. NEVER had band just fall off like the Fitbit 4️⃣.
Device is accurate and reliable. Battery life is longer than most other fitness devices.

I bought an extra one of these for my son. We compete on steps (when he remembers it). I probably would have gone lower in model for him (he is 11) but this is the one I wear and so I consider it an extra if I ever need it. Like the product, like the website and the app. I mainly use step counter, and calorie intake/burn. Having phone calls and messages pop up is handy as well, so I do not always have to have my phone out.

I do like the menu options on the Charge 2. More so than the newer one. My old one had cracked screen and I replaced it with something I KNOW I’d like. I do! Does all the basics well.

I love fitbit products, but bought refurbished for husband because the add said it would look and work like new. It looks beautiful, but some of the features don’t work. Kinda disappointed there

I’ve had a great experience with this product! I had previously bought a new Charge 2 Fitbit that was destroyed in the washing machine after I had only had it about 8 months. I didn’t want to buy a brand new one again and pay full price less than one year later. I’ve been very happy with this refurbished fit bit. It works identical to my previous one that had I bought new. Steps are accurate, heart rate is accurate, and the battery lasts me about 4-5 days before it gets to about 20% and I put it on the charger for the night. I wear my Fitbit all day every day (with the exception of the nights I charge it) and it has held up well for the past 2 months. Very happy with this product!
