I know that it is refurbished and I worried that it would not work as well as a new one, but it is perfect.

I Purchased a refurbished Fitbit. The day after I was able to return it, which was three months, my battery kept dying, faster and faster, even after I removed all the extras and gave it a hard reset. The life kept decreasing, and now it died

The Fitbit charge 4 has what I need. There are a few options I do not use at all. The other styles offer much more I do not need. The only drawback is the band usually breaks right at the point a replacement band won’t work. It is always at the plastic piece needed to connect to the watch itself. Almost always just after 1 year Other than that has what I want (steps, heart rate, mileage, run mileage with goals that vibrate at the 1/2 point, weekly tracking). without all the ghe bells and whistles I don’t want

Love the bigger screen compared to my old fitbit. Tracks great. Wrist bands are not large but this fits nice. Love it.

“Battery is not charging,” comes on when riding. No kidding! But it stopped working at 85% charge! It is fine setting it up, but way too complicated to change the settings. Plus, since all I care about is heart rate, why won’t they let me make my own watch face and put whatever I want on it and the with the size I want it? Since a lot of us exercise outdoors in the sun, the face should default to whatever colors work best in the sunlight. The battery lasts only several days (at most three) so that is bad too.

Nice and simple, reliable.

I love my Fitbit. I’m so glad to have another one. I tried something else and it wasn’t near as good so I am back and loving my Fitbit charge for.

Too many marketers sent emails after the Fitbit purchase.
