Since it didn’t cost much, I really didn’t expect much from this HRM. But it’s been a very pleasant surprise. It paired without any issue with my rowing machine (Hydrow) and seems accurate enough. The battery life is longer than expected on a single charge. And surprisingly, it vibrates when my HR goes above a target. Overall, it was a good purchase.

The product box I received had a cut seal on it and the unit was missing the sensor protection sticker. Pretty sure I was sent a returned unit. The monitor does not change colors as described. Probably why it was returned. It does keep an accurate heart rate as displayed on my app, and that’s all I need it for, so I will keep it. However, I would not recommend this company if this is their lowly business practice.

It worked great for a month but now it doesn’t really hold a charge. I charge it the night before and take it off and put it in my bag to workout later, then it doesn’t work. It’s advertised as 60hours battery usage but not in my case. I wanted this for Ironman but it didn’t last during the race.

I connect my HR monitor with my home gym Mirror workout and for the first 2 months, the monitor worked just fine. Since then, the BPM visual would disappear at times, I would re-adjust the fit of the monitor on my forearm and it would jump to the high 100s and then sometimes stay in the 70s even though I can physically tell my heart is racing during a HITT workout. Also, the charging connection easily detaches and is poorly designed .

I cannot tell the difference between green and yellow while monitoring the sensor. I do not think it is showing yellow, jumps to red. Not helpful given red is my max heart rate for my age.
