I am going to hold on to this instead of returning, against my better judgement, because I picked it up on sale for $17.
I’ve been continually frustrated with this. After owning a fitbit (which conveniently died the MOMENT my free trial ended and would not turn back on for any reason) this is clunky and cheap. I’d rather it have less functions that I know I can trust, than make claims that don’t really make sense.
How on EARTH is this supposed to know my blood glucose. Its clearly off too, because it reads as “normal” after I binge, and “elevated” when I wake up.
I know I don’t sleep well, but I also know I get some sleep. There have only been maybe two times the sleep tracker seems at all accurate.
I mostly want it for the step tracker, so I’m basically paying nearly $20 for a more accurate step tracker. But like I said, its serving its purpose. MOSTLY.
The most irritating thing, by far, is the 24-hour battery life. Its often even less than that, and its happened at least twice now that I have charged it the night before I go to bed, only to have the battery low right before my walk in the afternoon.
I do also miss the fit-bit alert of what “zone” you are in, but the MAI thing isn’t the worst. In accurate as it is, I imagine its more likely to not count steps than add steps I’ve not taken, so at least I’ll be relatively safe in knowing when I get my 10K steps.
So yeah, if you want a step-tracker, with a lousy battery life, for super cheap (considering), this will do what it needs to until you can invest in something worth while. Gym membership > fitness tracker.

I wanted something to wear on my wrist that would give me oxygen saturation levels and heart rate while out walking the dog. The Blood Sugar Level and BP readings were a plus. I also need to track my sleep patterns. The reviews were good on this item, so I thought I would give it a try.
PROS: Easy to load software. Comfortable thin band and display. Good features. Easy to understand reports.
CONS: The display is totally unreadable outdoors in the sunshine. (I tried several display designs). The BP reading is high and the SP02 readings were a full 5% higher than my medical grade home equipment.
If you are not particularly concerned about accuracy, this is a nice, inexpensive fitness tracker option.
However, if you have a medical condition, then, like me, bite the bullet and go for a more expensive unit, without all the bells and whistles, that will give you only what you actually need.

I love the way this watch looks and feels on my wrist. It is light ,easy to wear, and not too big on my wrist, but still very easy to read and access the functions. it gives you an opportunity to connect to your Phone for storing data in fitness and health as well as getting headlines and other messages.
I believe that the heart rate, blood pressure, and skin temperature Functions are pretty accurate. I’m not sure about the blood sugar. It doesn’t seem to match what I know mine to be, and as with all smart watches it only can be measured indirectly as they are not taking A blood sample.
Overall, I think this is an excellent product and would highly recommend it. For the price you can’t go wrong

I was looking for a smart watch but didn’t want to spend a lot of money. I checked out the reviews and decided to try this one. I am happy with it. It is not the most accurate watch but it gives you an idea of your vital signs. I really like the sleep monitoring. I showed my watch to my sister and she brought one too. I showed one of my nurses and she also decided to get one. They both liked the features of the watch for less than $20. The charge doesn’t last 8 days as advertised it’s more like 4 days between charges.

Edit#2: it’s been 2 months since receiving this product, and as of today 6/24/24, this product is off to the bin. It takes 36 hours to get a full battery charge. It mainly registers ZERO heartbeat or blood pressure, the sleep tracker doesn’t work, and it doesn’t tell the correct time or even track the correct amount of steps taken. It told me I walked 15 miles last week, but only 1873 steps. Waste of money. This is an awful product. Too bad it wasn’t crappy from the get go, I could have gotten a refund.
Edit: Since receiving this product on 4/27/24, it has steadily gone down hill. It’s been about 45 days since I’ve started using the watch. As of 3 days ago it now takes 24 hours to get a full charge. It has stopped tracking sleep which is one of the functions I really wanted. At least three times an hour it says I have no heartbeat and doesn’t register blood pressure. Currently looking for replacement that will actually work and last. Buy at your own risk.
I’ve had this product for a few weeks now. It’s ok. It does track steps, though they do not equate to the miles supposedly walked. It does track heart rate, but several times a day it registers that my heart is not beating, when it clearly is. So far blood pressure tracking has been accurate. The sleep tracker doesn’t always work, maybe half the time, and that is one of the reasons I bought this. I didn’t want to spend a ton, I should have spent more on a better quality device. Currently I still use it, but I am searching for a better quality product that isn’t &200+ dollars.

This fitness tracker is fantastic! It has everything I need to monitor my health and stay active. The blood pressure, heart rate, and blood oxygen monitor are very accurate and give me peace of mind. The activity tracker and pedometer keep me motivated to reach my daily step goals, and the sleep monitor has helped me improve my sleep quality. It’s lightweight, comfortable to wear, and fits well on both kids and adults. The smart watch features are a bonus, and the battery life is impressive. Highly recommend this health tracker for anyone looking to keep track of their fitness and well-being!
