I purchased this watch in February 2023. I wore it every day, except at night. Charge lasts for a few days. Easy to read. Comfortable to wear. App was beneficial…used it daily for readings. It is Not accurate enough for medical use, but it gave a good guideline. I would rate it higher, however, it stopped working last week. No screen. Unable to charge. It is DEAD. I expected it to last me AT LEAST a year, but it fell short. Very disappointed.

LIKES: this watch is feature rich! It is attractive, AND inexpensive! It is so much fun to play with, I am keeping it, even though it does not deliver sufficiently on the critical features that moved me to buy it!
DISLIKES/DISAPPOINTMENTS : If this watch delivered on expectations set in the product description, I would give it 10 Stars if possible! However, Blood Pressure: very inaccurate, Pulse/OXY: I need to press watch against my wrist in order to get a reasonably accurate reading. Also, the reading does not stabilize, i.e.: it reaches the correct reading, then begins to fall to a low and inaccurate reading. Reading does not stabilize. Heart related tracking of blood pressure, pulse highs and lows, pulse/oxy… are not accurate and reliable! Weather: does not track with local temp and conditions. It is not reflecting/picking up on weather reported on my phone. The weather reporting is not a big deal to me, the health monitoring, however, is a big deal! The maker of this watch should state in their product description: This is a Sports Watch, NOT a Medical Grade Device! You should not rely on this device for Medically reliable data!

I bought this for my wife. She needs to monitor her blood pressure due to hypertension. Tshi fitness tracker is very easy to use. The screen is large and beautiful. Blood pressure, heartbeat, and SpO2 measurement are more than reasonably good. The battery last more than a week. The case seems to be made of plastic and may look cheap but it is very lightweight. Considering the price, I have nothing to complain about. The only downside would be the phone app. It has basic functions but nothing more. But it has good enough functions to track blood pressure, etc. Again, considering the price, I have nothing to complain about. My wife like it. Good purchase after all.

1st one’s screen died after 2weeks. Ordered replacement but decided not to trust waterproof-ness. I don’t wear it in our pool, so it can’t record my activity, but I like it’s slim, attractive style & the way it’s band ‘tucks under’ buckle.

My daughter wanted a smartwatch and I wasn’t willing to get an Apple Watch for her. After doing some research and reading the Amazon reviews for several smart watches, her and I picked out this watch. My husband, who was skeptical of buying a non-Apple product, was very surprised by the quality of this product. More importantly, my daughter was thrilled and loved her watch. So many features, easy to use and great quality. So when the band broke a week later, she was devastated and I was disappointed too. I reached out to customer support that was available. Less than 48 hours later, with minimal back and forth emails (I just had to send a picture and my order #), Belle from customer support had shipped a new band. I honestly was doubtful any help would be given except an option to buy a replacement band. I was wrong! They sent a new band and my daughter and I are thrilled! So if you are looking for an inexpensive, quality watch with great customer support, this is the one!

I purchased this watch/fitness tracker mainly for the fitness aspect. The features are great, be advised, if you know any RN’s or LPN’s you would already know BP measured at the wrist is different than a cuff. All other monitors work great. I like the step counter, and periodically check the daily monitors. The sleep monitor could be a little better as it doesn’t really register a midday nap, only monitors night time. I had mine for about 4 months when lines appeared at the top of the screen, no big issue really at the time. 2 months later and several more appeared. Contacted support to see if there was anything that could be done. I received a response in less than 24 hours. Allisa was amazing, replacing my watch with no issues, even 6 months after initial purchase. Features are great, and customer service is simply amazing.

Very comfortable watchband. I like getting blood pressure readings, step counts, calories, and lots of key info. I really like the feedback on my sleep patterns (time awake, light, or deep sleep tracking). Goal setting is made so easy with progress on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Looking forward to connecting my monthly data into Google Fit or a similar health tracker.

The manufacturer FitVii refused to honor my warranty as apparently I did not buy from them directly from their Amazon shop, nor their website. The seller just completely ignored my messages. Amazon is also not helpful if your item gets damaged after the 30-day window. AVOID!

I purchased this solely for reviews in blood pressure monitoring. Absolutely way off. Don’t buy very inaccurate. Also don’t but from mth shopping. Contacted me via WhatsApp after amazon agreeing return. Then somehow changed my original returns email stating send to the USA at a cost of 45 dollars. Tried calling amazon but I think some how was hacked. Ended up calling Philippines! Still no joy! How unprofessional seller’s got your details and can do this over WhatsApp showing photo of themselves girlfriend/boyfriend abroad somewhere! Joke.
