I bought this watch for my daughter’s 17th birthday. It’s super stylish and she absolutely loved it, but she started to say there was a line through the face of it, it’s digital and had one line, not a deal breaker. A week later the entire screen has horizontal lines through it and unfortunately she tossed the package so I can’t return. I get it’s not a super expensive watch, but I had dollar store watches that last longer than a month. Super disappointing and now she’s again without a watch. I tried to do product support and there is a ton of hoops to go through just to try and talk to someone.

It was recommended to me by my cardiologist to buy a smart watch to frquently check my heart rate.

I bought this watch to keep up with walking and other fitness things, the pedometer works good and entry of other fitness activities, but when I set the timer for my workouts it doesn’t make an audible sound when it’s done. So when I swimming and not wearing the watch and need notified for 20 minutes it doesn’t help because I have to look at the watch. Not audible sound goes off.

I really liked the large display screen. Band is comfortable. Fast charge. I can go a whole week without recharging. Lots of data to collect. Many activities to record. The mobile app can be downloaded from Apple or Google Play. Not crazy about the app. I can get good info for the current day however I have not found how to get historic information other than number of steps from previous days activities. I have used the phone feature, works great. It also has ability to access music and messages. I have not used these features yet.

I didn’t want an Apple Watch but I wanted something to track my steps and calories to be mindful and this watch exceeded my expectations!

Within a week the buckle popped off while I was walking, the watch fell and it now has a scratch on the screen. Since then it pops off while I’m trying to put it on after I’ve taken it off for something, as well. The hole and pin either do not align properly, or one is the improper size.
Regardless of how many times I pair it, it’s incessantly asking to pair with my phone again. I do not want to use it for phone calls, so I deny it access to contacts, and turn off any call functions on the watch itself, but the watch also constantly turns bluetooth calling/call audio back on. Heart rate monitor is nowhere near accurate in my case, as it routinely puts my heart rate either ~15-20bpm above or below what other devices (such as an older FitBit or BP cuff+monitor) tracks it at, and this is the main reason I got it, so being within 5 bpm 30% of the time isn’t good enough for me. The step tracking has the same issues as other step trackers with false or non-reads of steps, so I’m not holding that against it, but the watch will also randomly ask if I’m walking if my arm is moving, which would be nice if it were accurate. I’ll be shopping and get nothing, but placing my groceries on the conveyer belt will get a prompt if I’m walking or not. Walk across campus multiple times for work and nothing, but open a cupboard and get a prompt.
The app’s functionality is okay, though having to use it to set an alarm on the watch is a little annoying. The watch face customizations are nice, though, and there are plenty of them.
