I don’t have a very large exercise space, so I got this compact treadmill and so far it’s working out great! It has a remote control that you can use to change the settings while you’re exercising. (I included a video that shows the settings). The speed goes from .6 MPH to 4.0 MPH, which I think is a good range for either walking or running. I t’s really quiet, so I can be exercising and not disturbing anyone else in the room. I like that I can track my exercise in either MPH, distance, time, number of steps, or even calories burned (though I don’t pay too much attention to that one). The treadmill sits at a bit of an incline, which supposedly gives you a better workout. I know that I can definitely feel it in my quads even after walking only a half mile! It has some cool LED lights on it, which really doesn’t impact the exercise, but they’re fun nonetheless. All in all, I think it’s a great treadmill. It’s small enough that I could stash it under my bed if I needed to (it’s super easy to move), and it was a good price compared to full-sized models. I’d definitely recommend this equipment.

I can’t speak for the longevity of this product, as I just unboxed it…. However right out of the box, I’m impressed.
The treadmill was well packaged, and arrived intact. There are wheels on the front, heavier end, so it can be easily wheeled under the bed or in the closet while not being used.
I have this in my home gym, right next to my bike and rower. It’s up against a shelf so I can use that to hold onto if needed for balance.
There are blue and green LED lights along the side of the treadmill which makes it more aesthetically pleasing. The speed is controlled by a hand remote! This unit is so easy to speed up or down, and when switched off, it safely slows down before completely stopping.
I’m a HUGE walker. I walked 8 miles today and generally walk 5-15 miles a day. I would prefer to walk outside, however if it’s raining/snowing/too hot/too cold, this is where you’ll find me…
If you’re debating on purchasing one of these for your home, go for it!

The treadmill is a small size in length, as described and actually great for my desk at home. Even easier to slide under my bed or even my closet. Best part is the incline and remote controls!
