This product was simple to put together in less than 20 minutes. The unit I received was actually missing 1 bolt and 2 washers but I was able to easily replace them with hardware from my personal cache. This machine runs very smoothly. My previous unit was a hydraulic rower and at first I felt the magnetic resistance was not strong enough even at its highest setting of 10. After a few workouts I realized that this rower did a better job replicating actual rowing than my older model and the resistance was significant after about 1000 pulls and worked out the legs and butt a lot more which is what is supposed to happen. It also folds nicely out of the way when not in use. Overall it runs very smooth and quietly and I am happy with the purchase.
