This is a nicely presented watch that seems to have some promise initially. It has a metal body but top feels more like plastic around the face. The band is silicone and it only includes the one band. It has the standard magnetic charger connection on one end of a USB A type cord. There is no AC adapter which is common for these watches.
It also has a screen protector but when I peeled the label off, the entire thing came off and although I worked it back on, the damage was done and it didn’t look good with some tiny air bubbles that wouldn’t go away. Not that it mattered too much since the screen is “sunken” or surrounded by a rim of sorts.
The watch has quite a few functions, but seemed some of them reported the same or very similar information (like BPM for heart rate). It uses the H Band app that will run constantly in the background on your phone. One thing that was extremely annoying was when the Bluetooth connection was lost and a message constantly popped up as it kept restarted the Bluetooth connection – this was happening while I was driving and was very distracting.
As far as accuracy is concerned, it started off badly with the first night as it didn’t even register a minute of sleep – got up the next morning and it had zero time for sleep. There was also another night it only recorded around 4.5 hours which was incorrect. Steps occasionally also seemed higher than I thought they should be although maybe it was just due to moving about a lot vs actually in concentrated walking.
The battery life if good. Comfort is also good and wearing it all day does not cause any issues.

While this isn’t the best health tracker I’ve ever tested, at this price it’s not bad at all as an entry level watch that offers basic functions done pretty well.
The most important feature for me is the blood oxygen level measurement. I suspect I suffer from mild sleep apnea, or at least something like it, as I’m a big snorer and my SPO2 levels tend to dip several times each night. I have a wearable monitor that fits over my thumb, but as it’s a little distracting I don’t like to wear it while I sleep. This watch is a much better solution, and after a week of use the readings closely match those of my (much more expensive) standalone tracker.
I can’t vouch for the accuracy of the other readings, but I’ve noticed no obvious problems so far. This kind of tracker usually overestimates steps a little, so maybe don’t take the readings as gospel, but at around $100 I’m not all that bothered about slight inaccuracies.
All in all this is a good entry level health tracker. You’ll get more accurate readings if you spend a lot more, but if you don’t want to break the back this will offer most of the features you’d get with a $200+ watch.

For $100 I expected better documentation on how to use it. I have owned several smart watches over the past few years, and this one works just OK. It hooked to my iPhone via Bluetooth fine, but it doesn’t always stay connected. When it disconnects, it will beep at you till you reconnect, and there is no way to stop that till you do! Annoying to say the least. There MAY be a way, but that is the problem, the instructions are wanting. Certainly not enough to have you using all the functions it can perform. I looked on YouTube for some help on that end, and came up empty. So I resorted to the tried and true “hunt and peck”, pushing buttons and trying things till I get results. Sometimes I didn’t and just gave up. Too bad, because it SEEMS like a nice watch if I was able to use all of it’s functions. So far, I’ve figured out the BP, and found if pretty accurate compared to my stand alone home BP machine. As most smartwatches have, there are several screens to choose from. Once you get it figured out, it is easy to switch between modes. The walking distance was also pretty accurate compared to the Health app on my iPhone. It did consistently register a bit low. As a watch that you only want the time and perhaps number or steps or blood pressure/ heartrate, it’s an OK watch. Beyond that, you are left with an app that is not particularly well written and doesn’t flow like a good app should, trying to figure out how to get the results you want. Because of that, I want to give it only 3 stars. However, once you figure a few things out, it does do them fairly well, and the battery lasts a good three days or so. I don’t necessarily recommend due to the lack of documentation, but do give it four stars for the things it does well.

I got this watch because it was clean looking & it mat had my style. BUT, the main reason for getting this product was because I wanted to keep track of my heart rate throughout my days & nights. This watch is very good for keeping track of not only a heart rate but it has a PLETHORA of other features & functions I didnt expect to be on here. So I was definitely surprised at how cook this thing really was once I started to play with it more.
I would HIGHLY recommend. It does everything I needed and WAY MORE.
