My wife and I have been using this bike for several weeks now. Overall we are very happy with it. Unlike some of the other reviews, there were no issues with the fit of the components or alignment of the flywheel. It all went together easily. The assembly instructions are good, and the available YouTube assembly video is excellent.
Operation is straight forward, there are a couple of preset workouts as well as manual setting for resistance with buttons on the panel. In use the bike is very quiet. It does have blutooth to sync up to a workout app, though I haven’t tried that yet.
The bike comes with a road style (narrow) saddle, which we did not find comfortable and purchased a wider seat to replace it. The pedals are good, with a plastic toe cage on one side (removable) and a cleat for clip in style bike shoes on the other. I ended up replacing the pedals for mountain bike style to match my real bike.
Adjusting the seat and handlebars between users is very easy, though I do wish the handlebars came up a little higher and the seat would slide back a little bit more.
These upgrades are not a reason for me to ding the rating as it not possible to make an exercise bike that is comfortable to all people with the stock seat and pedals.

It would appear the assembly department at the Horizon plant, I believe in Vietnam, has some quality control issues. I chose this particular bike due to a high rating in Consumer Reports, it ranked 2nd overall and was $1,000 less than the top ranked Bowflex, which is apparently a related company. After reading the reviews, many customers are complaining about the flywheel alignment out of the box, as was mine. Looking at the photo I have provided, this doesn’t look to me like a shipping problem but looks like there is no final inspection at the plant. I contacted support via email, I sent photos, explained the problem, and after a day or so I got a reply, but rather than sending me any information on making the repair/adjustment, they just requested more information (long list for photos, receipts, serial numbers, personal contact info) that would have been somewhat burdensome and mostly unnecessary at that point in the process. You can see in my photo that the flywheel alignment bolt is out of its slot, so I slipped it back in the slot, re-tightened it, and right now it appears to be working properly, but I don’t have a lot of confidence that this will be the last problem I have with the bike. I did take the 2 year Amazon Asurion warranty, so hopefully that will provide me an extra layer of protection from manufacturing defects.

Right out of the package the wheel was bent and pulled from the front assembly, causing the wheel to rub into the plastic casing/ frame. Tried straightening but cannot get wheel to center from hitting the upper magnets when in use. Do not buy this product as several are having similar issues. There is a reason for low reviews.

Love this bike, was easy to assemble and gives good resistance and a killer workout. Only downside is there are some buttons on the console panel that don’t work. Not a huge deal, although being able to manually set the resistance, instead of using the arrows, would make for a quicker transition during my workouts. And since I spent $800 on the bike, I would like for the buttons all to work, I will reach out to the manufacturer and see if they can resolve this issue.
Update 3/2/23-After using this bike for about a week, I must say I am not a fan. It is overpriced for what you get. The console “buttons” that weren’t working apparently aren’t buttons according to customer service, but the owners manual is confusing about what they are used for. Not a big deal but as far as the bike overall here are the pros and cons
PROS:
*Magnetic resistance that you can adjust and see on the console, and resistance levels are great. This is a huge plus for me and one of the main features I was looking for in a bike
*Assembly was easy
CONS:
* the RPM’s that are also visible on the console aren’t accurate and the numbers jump around quite a bit. I have to use an external RPM device which is ridiculous, since that was the second feature I wanted on a bike
*The sizing of the bike is off….by this I mean when you adjust the seat to hip height, which is the standard way to set up an exercise bike, your feet don’t reach the pedals..why? Because when comparing this bike to my old one I see that these pedals are MUCH lower
*The handlebars wiggle when moved in the closest position because the bar to tighten them won’t fully turn because the handlebar post is in the way.
* pretty much everything else about the bike…
Overall I am displeased with this purchase. Amazon gave me half my money back ,which is great as I opted to keep the bike, as sending it back would be way too much trouble. I am recovering from a back injury and I am an avid runner but since I cannot run right now I’ve chosen indoor cycling as my form of exercise. Because I hope to be back to running soon I can live with the bike until then, but if cycling is your main form of exercise, don’t buy this bike. It’s not worth it in my opiniion

Product had multiple flaws. Handle bar holder couldn’t fit into groove due to bent holder. Had to fix with pillars to fit it in. Console holders screw holes were so off I had to move the rubber part so it would align. Multiple chips and cracks all over it. Finally, bike was unusable because wheel was misaligned and scraping the magnet (see photo).
This is badly made, cheap product and I would not recommend it.
