Not sturdy when you pedal. Has hitches and bumps. After using for 15 minutes, got very hot and burned me. Have to brace it against something otherwise it works it’s way away from you.

Got this little machine so we could use to get more exercise while we work from home.
In the beginning the resistance even at the highest setting is not very much and you don’t feel much however, 5mins you keep paddling you start to feel the tension. The longer you paddle the harder it gets as your legs get tired you can feel the tension of tour leg muscles.
If you’re sitting all day at work and too tired to go to the gym, I think this is a good machine to have.
Even my kids enjoys using this while watching movie.
