Between weight lifting and mountain biking 5-6 days per week, I have found that post workout stretching is the key to maintaining a body that’s always ready for the next day’s workout. If I forget to stretch, it’s noticeable how much less energy and flexibility I have the next day. I also get more sore to boot, so anything I can do to keep this pace up is worth it to me. My calves in particular have always been a difficult muscle to stretch and rarely did I feel like I “fully” stretched them. This device has changed that, I can finally get a complete stretch that feels like it releases all the tension in my calves. After using it, my gait is more fluid and my lower legs feel like a million bucks! It’s a great stretching aid and since I’ve gotten it, I’ve used it daily!
