I ordered this to help with my workout warm-ups for my home gym. My trainer has me doing stairs for a warmup so having this has really helped be able to hit all of my workout goals. This was easy to put together yet is a solid piece of equipment. It’s light weight enough to move but it’s not too light that it moves around while you’re using it. I like that it comes with a floor mat you can use to put down under it and that it comes with resistance bands to help with balance and a slight arm work out as well. It is definitely stiff when you first start using it. Like it takes some getting used to before you can break it in and it’s a smoother ride so to speak, but there is a knob to adjust the resistance as well so that helps. In addition, I like the display screen so it tells you how long you’ve been working out and how many flights of stairs/steps you’ve taken. Over all I am very happy with this and referred it to one of my girlfriends to add to her home gym as well.

This is a good little exercise machine especially if you have a sedentary job. I have long legs so in order to use this without bumping my desk I have to adjust my seat. Other than that it works great and I can use it whether I am working or working out. I would recommend

So glad I tried this – it’s a really great stepper and it comes with resistance bands, which I LOVE. Easy to use, easy to move/take with you, easy to attach/use bands, and easy to adjust. Something small to use in any small space and use while you’re working or watching tv. If you can’t put a larger piece of equipment in your home or office, this is a good starter piece and you won’t be disappointed!

I teach fit classes and underwent bilateral hip replacement 3+ months ago :/
Recovery was challenging and this stepper gave me a low impact warm up prior to my hourly at home PT sessions. It was the difference between being able to propel forward to assimilate a walking motion or not. In addition it was THE ONLY way to address my cardiovascular fitness, (faster cadence to increase heartrate=decreased resting heart rate).
Surgery/soft tissue required much healing before attempts to move rapidly enough to elevate my heart rate. I am CONVINCED that it accelerated my recovery and productivity during my PT sessions.
Nevertheless, I’m back to instructing classes, walking for miles and so grateful that I found this functional, inexpensive, well built, go-to!

The arm straps are non adjustable. When I was working out, the snaps from the straps would come off. It hit me in the face twice, after that I took it off and just used the steps while watching TV. Would not recommend.

I tried and tried to get this stepper to work but it does not. The steps just go down to the floor when stepped on and do not spring back up for the stepping motion. I read the instructions over and over and tried numerous times but cannot get the stepper to work.
