this is great for under My Desk especially on days when the weather is bad and I don’t get to get all my steps in obviously not using it for cardio, but it definitely is good for my circulation

I guess I didn’t look at the pictures close enough when purchasing. The pedals are shaped with some raised areas for your feet, so you pretty much have to use this product without shoes, which I did not realize. I thought I could get used to it but after a few weeks I decided to return item. The equipment itself works great.
