I really loved this product for about five weeks. It was awesome. I was tracking my workouts and my sleep. I get between 10 and 20,000 steps in a day for a few days a week from work and another 5k on days I work out.
I also track my sleep, which worked okay at night, but not so much during the day (I sometimes work overnight and sleep during the day). I track all of this in their app and send the info to Google Fit.
On the sixth week, I notice that after walking about 10000 steps, it recorded 0. I tried every troubleshooting step. I cleared the app cache and data. Made sure the app was updated, made sure that the firmware was up to date. I rebooted the device from the app about a dozen times. I let the device battery drain to zero then I charged it. I rebooted it multiple times.
Nothing worked. If it tracked any steps it may track 10% of it. When you take 10k steps and you only see 1000… I was disappointed.
I really want to love this product, but either the firmware is broken or the device is broken. This is way too soon to be broken from wear and tear.
If you look at all the one star reviews you will notice a pattern. After about a month to a month and a half the device will stop working. This is extraordinarily consistent. This review should be posted at the top of the reviews to let every person who is thinking about buying this product no that the device will absolutely stop working within 2 months of purchase.

I mostly purchased this because I wanted to monitor my heartrate, and I’m not entirely sure I believe that it does that accurately, but regardless it’s good for monitoring your footsteps. I’ve owned it for a few months over a year now, and I literally just woke up to the small band that holds the excess of the band in place broken. However, I’m also ADHD and I tended to fidget with it a lot by pulling on the band, which most likely shortened it’s lifespan.
Outside of that, it is in fact surprisingly waterproof, can confirm, I try to avoid dunking it in water but I’ve forgotten to take it off while soaking clothes and doing dishes and it’s been fine, the screen has gotten a bit scratched since I bought it and the silver paint around the band is displeased.
It works fine, if you don’t sync it every day you’ll confuse the app and lose a couple days progress so remember to do that. If you have an issue with flashing lights don’t buy this, whenever it does a check-up on your heartrate so that it can keep track of it in the app it strobes neon green on the section that’s against your skin for a few seconds.
Charges incredibly well and fast, I use it for a minimum of two weeks before charging it for maybe fifteen minutes and it’s back up to full. It’s 10/10 accuracy on telling time, so it’s a good watch. It accurately tracks your sleeping (so long as you sync the app) and even tells you if you woke up in the night and forgot it (something that happens to me a lot). I’m pretty sure it’s guessing on whether or not you’re going into “deep sleep” but I could be wrong.
It’s good for 20 bucks.

I would love to give a review, however we were not able to charge this device as there was no charger supplied. I have purchased a few different models of “Fit watches” for a few family members-just to see if we had a preference. Unfortunately, until I find something to charge this with, It will be in a drawer.

I purchased this to monitor my heart rate. I’ve had complements on the narrow band and color (blue) but more important, it is comfortable on my small wrist; the loop around the band keeps the end in place. I wear the face on the inside of my wrist so it is easy to turn and see the readings. Online videos can help with set up. I had to unbind another watch I was using before setting this up. The heart rate monitor and time are automatic. I just turned on two other settings to make it easier to find what I am tracking. The time setting is not intuitive but when you get used to it (hour on top minutes underneath) you’ll wonder why amore watches aren’t like this. To protect my privacy and because I am not looking for graphs or tracking I turned off most of the settings and did not register the device. others might find these tools helpful. I recharge every 2-3 days. Cons: I need help removing the band to recharge, also, had to do a quick reset after time change. All in all a great value.

This inexpensive little guy survived the washer and dryer. I was highly impressed. The battery lasts a few days to a week but I don’t wear it all the time so it might last even longer if it’s not trying to find you when you’re not wearing it. (The back, the part thats against your skin, annoyingly flashes green when I’m trying to sleep without it on) The step counter is fairly accurate, it only occasionally misses a few steps I take. The screen is clear, simple, and easy to read. There aren’t a ton of features, which was a plus for me because I wanted something simple. It’s lasted me longer than I expected for the price. I have found I need to reconnect it to my phone through the app every few weeks to keep the clock accurate, otherwise it’s about a minute or 2 slow. Works great otherwise, handy device

My son wanted a fitbit but at 11, he tends to break EVERYTHING. I was skeptical because of the price but read the reviews and bought this. It was so easy to set up to his phone’s Bluetooth and he couldn’t wait to run around the house tracking his steps. When he wore it to school the next day, the kids asked what kind of watch it was and he just said a Fitbit, and no one questioned it.
We were Face-timing with a friend of ours and her son and he couldn’t wait to show him his new watch. The boy loved it so much that I decided to buy one for him since it’s so affordable. Now they both love it!
It motivates my son to exercise more besides just basketball because he changed the app settings and increased his daily step goal. It’s also comfortable for him to wear almost 24/7 as I have him remove it before showering.
