Words cannot describe the level of frustration involved in getting this this working. You spend about three minutes getting the machine to function every time. You start running, it beeps, maybe it’s on, maybe it isn’t. Maybe the headphone jack will work… Maybe it won’t. If I had my way, this product would just be banned from ever being used, sold or produced.

Overall a horrible experience and I regret making this purchase.
This episode has led me to quit Amazon. I’ll buys directly from manufacture from now on.

Mine clunks a lot. Doesn’t matter where in the apt I drag it to or much you play with the leveling.
The manual the company keeps referring me to also says it has four wheels. It doesn’t. It has two wheels, on the back. It says to lower the front levelers, until all (four) wheels are off the ground. Obviously that’s not possible, even with just the two wheels in the back.
This cost A LOY if money, so I’m very disappointed with my experience so far.

I have used Life Fitness ellipticals, especially the old 95xi, for 10 years at various gyms throughout the world. I splurged on the E1 for home. I am totally impressed. It is quiet, sturdy, and most importantly has the right stride to prevent injury and joint pain.

What a beast, this is a well built machine! My doughter has lost 10lbs so far. I tryed it out, -O- impact on joints and foot area. It realy works the whole body. Even the grand kids are using it

Not an experience we will repeat. Our prime was removed from our account after we disputed the charge even though we paid for a year (so we are disputing that charge too).

The machine is confortable and efficient but cracking from everywhere. Even with lubrification and else trying up. Annoying.

Hands down, best elliptical I’ve ever used. I love the chest heart rate monitor it comes with, great range of motion, lots of different options. Only con is that because this thing is built like a tank, it weighs a crazy amount (250 pounds), which was almost impossible for me to get upstairs. Also didn’t help that the box was 7 feet long. Plan to tip the guys dropping it off. It’s worth it.
