This vibration plate really works in eleaviating back pain, improving blood flow and strengthening muscles. I noticed an improvement the first time I used the product! I am 68 yrs young and have had several accidents , in the past, involving horses. Lower back pain, twisted pelvis….etc! Walking and balance has been a challenge at times. This vibration plate helped me the first time I used it! It strengthened my knees and I had no lower back pain. I have been using it before I go out for my walk , twice a day! It has also improved my balance! Great product! I love it!
Suggestion: if you are worried about your balance while using this product, simply place a chair in front of you while on the machine in case you feel you need to hold on to something to balance yourself. This might be important when you first start out! You will get stronger each time you use the product!

Well packaged, easy to assemble, basically take it out of the box attach the power cord and resistance bands and get at it. Says 265lbs for a weight rating, I’m 6 ft 225lbs and it ran great with me on it. After 15 mins on a speed of 90, my legs felt kinda jello-like lol, basically just stood there, so I imagine the effect will only increase when you start doing squats or using the resistance bands too.

I’m lucky I live somewhere where apparently the sound doesn’t travel too much, or I’d be embarrassed about the noise this makes. I try to be respectful of the time, for that reason, too, and honestly I’m a little worried about the energy star rating on this thing.
It is able to work with a lot of weight as I am at my heaviest weight in a long time.
My favorite position is for my shoulders these days, which is where I keep my back against the edge of the machine kneeling facing away from it, and my hands or elbows connect with the machine behind me depending on what feels better for those tricky tight spots. I’m still learning how to tweak the high and low settings, and how to read the time signatures there.
Finally, I’ll give a quick warning as an older person to those with balance issues (like me on some days), this is probably not good to stand up on. If you are going to be afraid of falling, don’t stand on this. Maybe sit on it or lean your feet on it, but if you think those ropes are going to help you stay on it, it really is not that helpful for that purpose. I have bad ankles and when the machine does the elevation and tilting simulation, it scares me like I’m going to fall.
If however, you love skateboarding and riding roller coasters, this is perfect for you. <3

Me and my wife love it and use it about 15 mins daily! Love how easy it is to use with the remote. It’s also light weight to move where you need, has multiple settings, and great for lymphatic system.

I would’ve loved to have given this five stars, I like it enough that I bought a second one for my daughter, the flaw is that the cord is extremely short, I can’t stand in the middle of my room to watch TV and use this at the same time. The cord is maybe 3 feet long if I had to guess I didn’t measure it. Also, I wish they would’ve put the cord behind it instead of in front of it then I could’ve easily turned it around in the spot that I have it to watch the TV. I wanted to keep it in my family room so that my husband can use it at night after work, this will never work in the middle of a room because of how short the cord is, I’m going to have to get an extension cord for it.
The remote works well, I did try it on all speeds and it goes extremely fast, which I know you are not supposed to start on that speed, so I’m still at level one for 15 minutes. But my legs did start to get itchy after 15 minutes which Means that my circulation is moving I’m assuming.
After all of the benefits that I’ve read from vibration plates, I’m definitely going to keep using this.
I was also a little thrown off at why there are so many different prices on these, depending on the color, that doesn’t really make sense to me unless it costs more to make certain colors 🤷🏼♀️
Either way, I like this machine, it feels very solid and well built, and I will definitely keep using it, I do recommend it, but be aware of the short cord.

I have size 7.5 feet and I am pretty much the biggest foot that fits comfortably because I am filling the space front to back. I do want to say I am surprised that is has helped my back and knee pain. I have gain about 90 min extra sleep at night. The pain does eventually still wake me up but at least 90 minutes later than it used to since I have been using this every morning and evening. I also noticed if I do a few minutes with my feet on it before going to bed (sitting on the couch) I can walk downstairs with no knee pain and I usually have awful pain as I go downstairs at night after sitting to watch TV. So, as a PT myself, I don’t fully understand why this is helping my sleep and my pain, but I’ll take it. $80 was well spent just for 90 minutes extra sleep at night!

I feel at least 60 percent less back pain. I’m less stiff and walking sexy n cute again! My arms are slimmer and tighter my legs are definitely stronger I can tell when I go upstairs. I was skeptical about this machine
I’m glad to say I purchased it and was proven wrong. It works wonders. Doctors should prescribe this instead of pain meds!!!
It definitely works for what I need. That’s lessened pain, more agile, less stiffening of hip joints and lower back, arm toning, stronger legs. Overall strengthening. 10/10
