This definitely is a little added boost for exercise. I had a few problems with this unit, though ,I wanted to do squatting exercises and I ended up accidentally turning off the unit when I just slightly brushed the control screen. This makes it hard for doing those exercises and for that reason, I am returning it. It does have many bonuses, though one of which are the wheels ,located on one side of the unit that makes it easy to move where you need it. I also like the programmed workouts .Using this for 20 minutes really did feel good for my circulation. The price is also a bit of a problem right now for me.

The design and operation of the LifePro Rumblex Pro 4d are excellent. It was simple to unpack, setup and get started. The manual is crystal clear, essentialized and printed in full color on thick, durable, glossy paper. The touch screen’s layout and controls are straightforward and intuitive. Each of the three motors – oscillate, pulse, and lateral – is very quiet and has a speed range of 1 to 60 units (which I expect will suffice for any goals I want to achieve). Excepting the cheap, low-grade corrugated box (which arrived seriously torn), the packaging sufficed to deliver the machine in perfect condition. I look forward to enjoying my workouts with the LifePro. Ideally, it’ll endure without failing and deliver the health benefits it promises!

Last year, I fell and crushed my ankle and my lower leg exploded open. Due to the severity of the break, there was a high possibility of amputation. The lymphatic system in my leg was destroyed when they tried to repair my damaged ankle and insert all the hardware (which will never be removed).
Bad circulation and feet and leg swelling has always been a problem for me, now my problem was worse. My foot zoner had me use her vibration plate and felt it made a difference and suggested I look into getting one.
While I was willing to purchase the one she had for $3K, I wanted to make sure it really did work before I laid out that kind of money. So I looked around and found the LifePro Rumblex 4D Pro Vibration Plate.
I can’t believe the difference. I could tell a difference the first time I used it. Circulation has improved, feet are not as cold as they once were, I know that my lymphatic system is working, and I haven’t suffered from my usual leg and ankle cramps. I can also tell a difference in my balance and leg strength.
I use this 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes before I go to bed. As the description states, it helps to relax and give you a good night’s sleep. There are so many possibilities in how to use this machine, which makes it very versatile, so if you are unable to stand or have really bad balance, you can even sit in a chair and just place your feet on the machine to get benefit.
This machine is very heavy duty and will hold up, has wheels making it easy to move around, but heavy and with the rubber feet, it won’t move on you. While this machine is not silent, I was surprised at how quiet it is. I have it sitting on a rug and I can watch tv or talk on the phone with no trouble.
The cost of this unit beats the $3K price tag of the one my friend has and I think they are comparable in every way.
I highly recommend this product and I am so impressed with it and what it has done for me, I ordered one for my daughter.

I’m a hairdresser.. after using this machine my pain and inflammation is a lot less.. when I use it for my exercise?? Holy crap it intensifies the the workout burn in less time .. I love love love this machine ❤️❤️❤️

It’s solid enough for my 270 lb partner …and quiet. Bought this machine to improve my bone density, strengthen my core and heal a knee injury. Just started using it but so far I really like this machine. Easy to store and move so can work out in front of my window.

Excellent product. I have previously purchased the Turbo 3D vibration plate and LOVE it…..use it everyday and have definitely noticed the difference with improved balance, toning, and bone density. Loved it so much, purchased a “mini” version for my mother-in-law who is in her 80’s and uses it daily. She has also seen improved balance and circulation.
Saw the Rumblex Pro on sale last week, so decided to purchase another machine with 4D and just got it this week. It works great and both my husband and I alternate use on the 3D and 4D machines. Would recommend these products to anyone…..and the PLUS is it takes just 10 minutes (although we have worked up to the 10 minutes – 3 times per day now).
