I wish I could tell you how much I loved this thing! Not only do I use it for stress management and lymphatic drainage, but I noticed that when I use it, I have a lot less tension in my back. I have experimented with standing on it In different positions with my feet, in a squat, I’ve sat on it, and I’ve done some planks on it as well. The product is really high-quality. It has many different levels for you to work up to. I am at level 70 of 99 after a couple of months. It does a great job of getting the blood flowing and easing joints. I don’t think that a product like this should really be touted as a weight loss product. If that happens great, but that’s not the main reason why I bought it. To detox, my body and reducing cortisol is the most important. Obviously that could lead to weight loss. But even if it doesn’t, I’m incredibly happy! Excellent price And value for the money. Love the accessories it comes with too. Everything is easy to use. I keep mine near the couch so I’m sure to do it daily.

I’m a plus size woman who works from home and has a long list of medical issues. I weigh too much to stand on this device as I believe the weight limit is 220 or 240. I’m 5’11 and 344. Suffer from edema, severe varicose veins, lupus, fibro, HBP, etc. Thus, my legs/ankles/feet constantly hurt. Working from home at a desk all day I don’t get to move around a lot. As well with my disabilities my mobility can be limited at times. I purchased this device purely to see if it would help with my edema and more so to get the blood flowing more. I am not sure if there is a “time limit” that should be followed as I’m sitting and working, but today I had the unit on/off for around 4hrs. I’m currently doing it again right now. Today is only day 2 and I don’t know if I’ll ever see “results” like with weight loss or anything like that, but that is not why I purchased this device. When using, I honestly can feel the blood moving in my “severe” varicose veins. I can literally feel the blood starting to flow. Today I also noticed I had a little more energy/ a little bit less brain fog. Perhaps that’s because I’m getting more o2 to the brain because of improved blood flow? I have no idea. I’m not a Dr. All I can tell you is the experience I’ve had thus far. I am taking off 1 star for 2 reasons. Mine did not come with a remote and that sucks when I’m working and it constantly goes off every 15 (max time) or so minutes and I have to stop what I’m doing, move my chair, and restart it. Would you PLEASE send me the remote that was supposedto be included??!! ♡♡ As well, I do wish the company would create one for plus sized individuals that could carry a heavier weight. I would have gladly paid more.

There are silicone cups on the bottom so if you’re on a hard surface for the cups to suction to, yes I could see there being great stability. However, for me, since I’m sitting using it as well as it being on a rug, it does slide. I’m going to have to find my inner MacGyver and figure something out to stop the sliding.
Overall, if you have mobility issues, blood flow issues, work from home, etc. This device is well built. It is worth the expense (please provide remote 😉).

I purchased this for my bone density . The aching and pain in my back, hip and knee have disappeared. The Veins in my legs are less noticeable. It seems to be helping with my cellulite and my legs and hips are firmer. Overall I feel and look better since I’ve been using it. It comes with a remote , bands and an easy to follow instruction manual, with a lifetime guarantee. I live in an upstairs apartment and nobody has ever complained about hearing it or the vibration. This was my first purchase from Lifepro and since then I have purchased other products for myself and gifts for others. I’m a 100 % satisfied with their products and customer service.

I love this piece of equipment. Since using it everyday for 10 minutes, I can see substantial reduction of everyday aches and pains, especially in my feet and ankles. I also feel amazingly relaxed after using it, and find myself sleeping better at night.

Easy to set up and use. Direction very straightforward. I have found the waver mini machine useful in stretching my muscles and improving my flexibility. I have lost a couple of pounds since I started using it Which is about 10 days but, it is too early to say whether it’s just by chance or the machine. Would recommend.

Delivered within 24 hours. Easy to set up and I went to LifePro website to register to obtain upgrade to lifetime warranty. After only 5 minutes I feel relaxed. I look forward to using this after workouts for muscle and joint recovery, and in the mornings and before bedtime for lymphatic drainage, better blood circulation, and hopefully, improved sleep.

I have been having severe nerve pain up and down my neck, shoulder and arm. I read up on these vibration plates and a lot of PT places use them. I decided to get one, cause nothing has worked yet to alleviate any of this pain.
My first week went by and I didn’t see too much difference. That was my fault. I was just using it once a day at level 1 and not actually using the programs.
Week two, I started using the programs and did level 0 in the morning standing and then again sitting with my hands on the edge. Then again when I got home from work same thing and then before bed same thing. Second day I went up to program 1 and did the same routine. By this second day I realized I didn’t take any pain meds or muscle relaxers to sleep and I slept the entire night.
I am now on like week 2.5 or 3 and I’m staying at program 3 for now, it is good and I have not touched my pain meds in a week. I’ve slept through the night every night. I feel so good after every session. I didn’t even realize I had pain in my hips and lower back until I didn’t anymore!!!
This is the absolute best purchase I have ever made for myself. And it’s so low impact. No damage to my already painful joints and the circulation in my limbs has been so much better. I even have more energy since using it!!
