Getting such a high-quality elliptical at this price is really a great deal. It’s sturdy and very easy to use. Even my husband mentioned that the design is ergonomically sound, making workouts effortless. It’s also packed with features, and the display screen provides clear and straightforward data.

This machine is awful and borderline unusable. I found that although it states it can hold 350 lbs anything above 140lbs causes the machine flow to be bumpy which means when youre in your downward rotation its a suddent drop causes your head to drop quickly making it feel like youre giving yourself a concussion.
Terrible machine overall and will be returning. My foot barely even fits in it. (6’0, 200lbs) NOT MADE FOR MEN. Also the computer monitor is not included but thats not even its biggest problem.

This Merach elliptical exercise machine is more than worth the money. It is very solid, quiet, and easy to assemble. I would prefer to see a better manual, but with all the YouTube videos nothing else is needed. I have been using a tread mill for the last 20 years and I wish I had switched to the elliptical machine years ago. I still cannot get over the exceptional quality of this MR-E09 for the money.
