A few months ago I wrote a review chastising their customer service. After a few back and forth highly unproductive emails Chris stepped in. We were able to finally troubleshoot the problem, which turned out to be the display module. Chris agreed to replace the part. After installing the new module, the bike works great. I’m satisfied. Just a little bit of patience to get the problem fixed.

Easy to put together

Narrow base, may be easy to tip over
App inexplicably won’t connect half the time
Stock seat is painful
Seat slides around even when fastened very tight
Ledge on the tablet holder is very small, I would not put a tablet on it
Overall
It’s good for the money, I paid 149. I get a work out on it and enjoy using it, even with the subpar Seat and it’s inability to hold to my adjustment. Would I have rather had something else? Yeah probably. But I’m satisfied with this for what I paid.
The front end is heavy so it’s not awesome to move, and it is not foldable for storage. It is however, a good looking piece of equipment.

Nice and compact,yet built like a Mack truck. I can’t comment on ease of movement because mine sits in the same place. I can’t comment on feel my legs getting the workout of their life. Highly recommended.

I have had the bike less than a week, and just over it honestly. I have written two post now, and they don’t seem to be publishing.
1. Bike set up was quick. I can do jumps, and move from each position easily without feeling like I’m going to tip.. mostly.
2. Skinny. We are currently living the camper life, and it does nicely fit without taking up any room.
3. I do not like the resistance. I’m sure I got spoiled on Magnetic, stopping, instead of friction. But it feels like you’re coasting down a flat road to going on the steepest hell of your life I feel like I can’t gradually climb.
4. I have not been able to use the monitor once. It stays in goal mode just flashing. When I have everything scored to zero to go into free mode, it will not do it.
5. Bluetooth. It states that it’s connected but will not register or take any stats from the bike. The Bluetooth sign is on, but nothing is connected.
6. Their app is terrible. Says bikes connected, wants me to pedal and then nothing. Though I didn’t really explore as it didn’t really work.
7. KINOMAP app looks like it could be great. Love the rides it offered. States it connected to my bike. Go to a class, my bike starts the timer only goes to 5 seconds and stops. So it’s registering something and stops.
As someone who likes goals numbers and stats this was one of the main reason I went with this bike and it’s been a let down. I can’t form goals or track my times or distance. Nor will it connect to my watch or other apps.
I’m currently riding as I write this, and the monitor isn’t even turning on now to just ride. Photo for proof.
You want to spin, no bueno. Want to sit in front of the tv and move. Sure. I wish I would’ve just spent the extra money.

This is my first stationary bike. It was simple to put together and relatively easy to move around. I like that I am able to start my ride without a bunch of set up other than setting my iPad on the holder. And the water bottle holder fits almost all types of water bottles.
For the cons: the seat is really hard, so I had to buy a pad. The peddles turn inward which can aggravate my knees, so I have to be mindful of my foot placement. Lastly, the screws are constantly coming loose. I pretty much have to tighten after every ride, but for the price i think it’s good for a beginner.

I’ve used it for a week now. Assembly was easy. Very quiet and smooth. I haven’t true pairing with a cell phone, I just use the on-machine display. The display is a bit dim for porch use in daylight, so I’ve been riding after dark. Display is nice and clean, though a bit clunky (you can rotate among 7 functions by repeated clicking or automatically every 3 seconds, but there’s no way to go directly to given function).
