I bought this bike to use for rehabilitation from an achilles tear. The various resistance setting are nice (I’m currently on 4), it’s very quiet and quite comfortable. Seems to be well built and the seat adjusts very nice. The size is good. I’m 6’3″ to give you some perspective. This bike is probably still comfortable for someone up to 6’5″. The two reasons I am giving this a 4 star and not a 5 star is: 1.) The pedal straps are a too small. Honestly, probably only proper size for up to men’s size 11. 2.) The seat base is not as padded or as comfortable as I expected. We have a Merach row machine and the seat on that is definitely superior to what they have designed for the recumbent bike. A side suggestion would be to lower the placement of the resistance knob and to add in a second heart sensor on the upper bars and not just the side bars.

It was relatively easy to put together. It took approximately 40 minutes to do this. It is sturdy and adjusts easily. I am not sure how accurate the workout information is. It is comfortable to use but for the pedals. I wear a size12M
shoe and needed to ride barefoot to fit my feet into the stirups.

This MERACH Exercise Recumbent Bike for home took me about and 80 minutes to assemble by myself. It was not difficult. I was confused by how to adjust the seat forward and backwards but I figured it out. You have to unscrew the knob before pulling the knob out to adjust it. Near the end of the instruction manual there was a minor error, but it was intuitive to figure out.
I’m 5’7” size 18 and my husband is 6’2” with long legs. We can both ride it comfortably. It is very sturdy and doesn’t rock side to side. I have been riding while I watch a show or scroll an app and the time just flies by. There are 2 wheels on one end so it is very easy to move the bike from room to room if necessary. I’m so happy we have this.
