This Merach Vibration Plate Fitness Platform seems to be well made and sturdy. This is the first time I’ve tried a vibration plate and wasn’t quite sure what to expect. I am using it for lymphatic drainage and bone density.
With speed settings from 1-99 you are sure to find a level that suits your needs! The remote (which came with batteries included) is very responsive and easy to use.
The only reason I deducted a star is because of the crappy instructions. It has 9 preset modes, but no information in the manual about what each mode does. It also doesn’t tell you that you have to select the mode before hitting start, and you can’t change it during use. I haven’t been through all the modes yet but so far I like mode 2 best. It changes speeds once per minute for 10 minutes, first building up speed, then slowing back down. It would be nice if all the presets were written down so you didn’t have to try each one to figure out what works best for you.

I was very intrigued by this. As someone who has very little time to do a full workout in a gym, I thought this might be useful in toning up a wee bit. I’m not looking at this for a way to lose pounds as I am not convinced that it would in fact do this. But getting my muscles to work a bit more by using this to workout seemed like a good idea. Watch TV while working out effortlessly and comfortably? I’m in. Plus I did do some research.
Somehow I just didn’t take into consideration how seasick I get. Well, this isn’t exactly a boat on the high seas so not shocking.
Granted I get dizzy ridiculously easily. Carousel wheels are a huge no for me.
I actually worked on a boat in my older teen years and would get so awfully sick from the rocking motion but refused to let it show as I did like my job otherwise. Yes, i visited the head/toilet frequently! But the dolphins and scenery made up for it.
I live in Minnesota now. There are a ton of lakes and I really enjoy fishing on our boat, however they are not ocean like in any way. I had forgotten and also didn’t really think about how poorly I am at sea.
Now I remember! I stepped on this and was fine for a bit but after 5 minutes had a familiar feeling come over me. I kept going but that constant vibration back and forth started giving me a headache. And then I felt not so great. I was unstable and ready to make a run for the bathroom.
Sadly this doesn’t work for me. As much as I try, I have not felt awesome after using this.
It is frustrating and maybe it’s just a me, 1 in a 500,000 people thing, but I have to be honest about my experience.
This works perfectly as far as function, takes up little room and is easy to set up and use.
My advice is that if you are prone to seasickness or jolty movements, take caution as it didn’t occur to me at all when ordering.

I originally plugged it in 3 days ago. It’s very easy and quiet. It gives such a fabulous workout, the 3rd day my muscles hurt from improving. At first I thought a hundred dollars or so was a bunch, but it’s VERY VERY worth it’s money!
