I was hesitant to buy this stepper because it had so few reviews but the price was worth it…and I’m glad I took the risk. Everything works as it should. Comes already assembled (except for the knob that lets you adjust tension and height..you just screw that onto the back and you’re ready to “step”!) The one small caveat was that the instructions (which aren’t really needed anyway) were not in English. I contacted the seller through amazon and they sent me the English version immediately. So…a plus for good customer service!

I’ve used this a handful of the times, the adjusters work well. The hand bands are kind of flimsy but still can get a good workout in with them in combination with the steps.

I’ve had the issue of the timer coming a loose and not working which results in the time keeping erasing my record…and also the orange floor ends will come off unexpectedly…

Just buy it! I’ve used this 4/5x a week, 30 mins a day, for 1 month with the resistance pretty high. Paired with eating clean, I’m extremely happy w the results. It can squeak after a while but I use a lubricant for it and it’s good to go. It’s easy on joints. Picture is 1 month difference. (I’m trying to tone & bulk)

The stepper is nice but the resistance bands are too big for the machine so I don’t use it. I thought it might have been a resistance with the knob but it doesn’t really make it any different from the height or the intensity

Definitely can feel the workout burn and I have been losing weight. The only complaint is now that I’ve had the product awhile and use it daily, it’s starting to squeak and it smells like oil or grease while using the stepper. In the scent is fairly strong and unpleasant.
