but Amazon sent me one that was used full of scratches and the monitor want even stay in place.Ive never had Amazon to ever send me anything such as this. I thinlk they should send me a replacement for free.

This is great. It works as a stepper, but I can also do curls to work my arms at the same time. It’s also a compact exercise station, so I can easily fit it in the corner of the closet. I found this to be a really great addition to my workout routine.

This machine seems to be made for really short people. The handlebar isn’t height adjustable and the height it is at is too low for the average American. If you can get the handlebar mounted that is: The two screws for that handlebar don’t fit. They’re too long with no thread at the end to tighten it. It remains about 15mm from the main upright dangling loose.

Wow, this is a really great unit to use at home for working out! It is very compact but still effectively creates an excellent aerobic workout when following the recommended exercises. It is well made and sturdy and has no problem supporting my weight. The LCD readout is easy to read and provides the pertinent information to keep track of the session’s progress. Overall, I am very happy with this machine, so it earns my five star blessing and recommendation for sure!

Ok! I have a she shed that is like a me-gym, but I wanted something for my home office because I sit for way to long and need to inject some exercise into my work day! I saw this item and was really impressed on how many components were squeezed into a compact footprint, so I had to have it. This is a great mini-gym that really is a great addition to your home if space is an issue. This stepper with weights, bands and the hip twist disc is a great compliment of exercise features that really give you a few options to stretch and move during your day. I took off one star for the assembly and instructions because this did not have to be so difficult to assemble with proper identification of part included and how they fit together in a manual that is readable! To help anyone out there–the “K” part was already installed upon arrival and the long shaft piece should have been labeled but my photo #2 has them in order left to right.
Left piece goes into the base and right piece goes into the 1st piece and hold the electronic piece that measures your workout. The rest is self explanatory once you get rolling!
Now for functionality. The stepper is GREAT and you have the ability to adjust the stride length to increase your workout and add the arm bands to work multiple zones in your arms while stepping to your hearts content or substitute the weights (2 and 3 pounds) that are included. Love that the weights are stored on the stand and that the swivel disc can be stored upright to keep the footprint to a minimum. I admit that I’m not sure about the side swivel piece, but I did try it out and will use it because it was a great way to stretch out my sore back. Overall this is a great piece of work out equipment so if you want to get a product that will allow you to do more than stepper cardio, then this is a great option.
