I bought this excited to have it in my office so I can be active while working on my computer. The adjustment knob is supposed to allow the steps to go higher to create a higher step but when you look at it, the adjustment knob doesn’t do anything or control tension wheel. If doing steps that are only 3 inches high is what you’re looking for. This is your product. If you really want a high step don’t waste your money.

It’s an OK mini stepper. So far it is working but I have a feeling it will be breaking pretty soon. It squeaks louder and more frequent now than the first two days I used it. We will see how long she keeps me stepping.

Quick shipment, no assembly required easy to use resistance bands; however the auto power does not not power off after 4 secs or even for mins other than that everything’s good
