This device won’t hold a charge more than a couple or weeks no matter how much or little I use it. Contacted the seller and they have not been helpful. Buyer beware! Super disappointed as I’ve never had an issue when purchasing through myzone directly.

I’ve struggled for years with Fitbit and other fitness trackers to accurately measure my heart rate during exercise and this is, by far, the best one. My gym also has a MyZone board, so it’s actually pretty engaging and motivating to see my heart rate and effort in real time. Sometimes the initial connection takes a few minutes, but that’s fine, it always connects and usually connects as soon as my heart rate gets higher at rest. The other issues I’ve heard are related to effort vs. heart rate. I feel like mine is accurate but some of my other gym members have had to adjust their settings to make sure their “90% effort,” as measured by the app, is actually 90% effort in real life.

The item I received was faulty and didn’t work. Have initiated a return. Am assuming it’s a once off and have reordered another. Hope same thing does not happen.

My wife moved from a MZ-1 to this MZ-3, and there is a wide improvement. Being rechargeable is one of the main benefits, but the
accuracy is what she enjoys the most in the first few days of use.
The manual says you will get up to 300 hours of use between charges (depending on how it is used) and it appears that will be the case.

A good belt to control your heart rate during workouts. Easy to use, comfortable to wear. Long lasting battery.
You can wash it when needed.
After all workouts you receive the report about your results at your email.

This is definitely the most accurate heart monitor I have used. I also like the easy color scheme so I can see where I am at a quick glance. The point system makes it fun! When I know people who are serious about their cardio or weight loss program I will definitely recommend.

I have been using my Myzone fitness belt for close to four months now. A majority of the reviews on amazon for this product are good but there are a decent amount of bad ones. As someone who uses my Myzone daily, after reading poor reviews, it is very obvious the reviewers took the product out of the box, strapped it on and went to the gym. For some reason they chose not to read about how to use the device and then when they did not know how to use it, ran to amazon and wrote a poor review. Nearly every complaint I have read on here could be simply addressed if the posters took five minutes and read directions on the companies website. It probably took more effort to write the poor review posts than actually reading about how to use the product they ordered.
For those customers who will actually use their belt correctly and read to small amount of reading required to use it, here is my expereince with it.
Yes it was a little intimidating at first but after about 7 minutes of reading I was off to the gym.
First work out was great
Second work out I played around and tried to see how high I could get my heart rate
Third work out my myzone upped my max heart rate from the previous work out and I could barely get into the green. I emailed myzone and in less that 8 hours they emailed back and adjust my max heart rate lower
Smooth sailing since then….
Here and there it will disconnect during a work out or can take a few tries to connect to your phone.
All and all it is an amazing product.
Highly recommened and I have gotten no less than the best technical support

This device is great! It’s super easy to use and helps me track my runs in ways I never could before! I simply put it on over my chest (it holds its position very well throughout my run, I never need to adjust), and start the workout on the mobile app! It records my heart rate very accurately, because I can personally feel when I am and am not using much energy and it records those moments exactly how I felt them. It’s a great tool to use when you’re trying to try at certain heart rate percentages. The data comes back in easy to visualize bar graphs which I love. It also has a feature where you can add a picture to every workout which I think is pretty cool now that I’ve been using it for a few weeks – It’s nifty to see the sweat I worked up! Also have literally not had to charge it once yet. Battery life lasts for months, it’s incredible. I always bring this with me when I run now!

I wanted to give it five stars but it frequently loses connection and misses some of my work out. I like to record my weight training separately from my cardio and there’s no real way to start and stop the workouts that I have found through research on YouTube or the Internet. When it does record everything it’s very good data to have.

I lost my MZ-3 on holiday. I contacted MyZone to see if I could replace and retain stored information onto my new device last Thursday morning. I received a prompt response confirming I could and setting out clearly what I needed to do. I ordered the new device that same Thursday afternoon with delivery for 1pm the next day being last Friday. The device arrived by 10am. Can’t ask for more!
