This exercise bike provides a great lower body workout. I sit on the edge of my bed and pedal for 20 – 30 minutes while I am watching TV. I have had this little peddler for over a year now and wanted to make a second review. For the $ – a very good buy, even without much resistance, all you have to do is keep pedaling–your heart rate will go up and you’ll start to feel it. The bike came fully assembled and it is a great workout for when the weather is not good for me to ride a regular bike,you can put it on the floor for legs and you can pedal away while you watch your TV , work a crossword, or whatever, or put it on table for arms.

My dad has been using this now for about 5 months and it works great. I am happy to keep him active at home. His balance is not good enough for him to sit on an exercise bike so he uses this while sitting in his chair. Definitely a great buy.

While it seemed like a good product, it came broken. Seems to be an easy place to break too so it wouldn’t have surprised me if it had broken there after my own use.

Ok at best. The digital display doesn’t work and emails to manufacturer have gone to do unanswered. My advice- buy a different brand. Not even worth $25.

Took days to get the resistance knob to stay in place; it finally did stay but the knob cannot be turned. The “ring thing” on the right pedal arm absolutely will not stay in place so the arm stays stuck out farther than it’s supposed to (left one came off once but has stayed on so far since putting it back). The counters worked off and on for the first few weeks; now they seem to work most of the time and are fairly accurate. The strap over the left foot tore right away. I did not want to invest any more money in this thing by paying return postage so I’m using it but I don’t see it lasting long before the right arm snaps off. Shoot – the logo label on it is even slightly crooked, which speaks volumes in itself. Whatever happened to pride in your product?

I chose this rating because the product is pretty good, but maybe not quite as good as it should be. It pedals pretty smoothly, but not real smoothly. Also I had to order it twice, because it came broken the first time. I’m pretty pleased, though. I’m using it every day at the office, at intervals throughout the day, and that’s pretty good for my health, though not as good as, for instance, ocean rowing, of which I am a big fan and about which I have written a book called Rowga the Yoga of Rowing.

I bought this during my first winter working from home to help me keep moving while working. I found that the display screen was difficult to adjust and inaccurate while the whole machine itself kept sliding around. I’m not sure if this would work better on carpet or pressed against a wall but I was falling out of my chair trying to keep peddling and I’m too tall to have moved it against the wall and be able to sit at my desk. Hardly used it due to those limitations.

I liked how compact the product was and purchased as recovery therapy for knee replacement surgery. Returned do to how much movement the product had when sitting on file floor and even carpet. I needed to have consistency when pedaling to improve my range of motion. I liked that there was no slop with the pedals.
