My mother-in-law is getting knee replacement surgery in a few months. In the meantime her doctor wanted her to use an exercise bike or something like the Cubii every day before and after surgery. We tried both of those with her and she was unable to bend her knee enough to use them. I saw this on YouTube and thought it was worth a try. She had no trouble using this at all, and can easily use it in her wheelchair, at the dining room table or from her lift recliner in the living room. I use it too, and it gives a pretty good workout! I definitely feel it in my upper legs, hips and calves. We plan on showing it to her surgeon.

I bought this so I could get exercise at home without going to a sweaty gym during Covid. I fall a lot. Like missing a step, dumb stuff. I’ve had several falls outside on ice and snow while walking. I’m deathly afraid in winter. Plus there is the -20 temps in the Midwest. This has been a godsend so I can exercise indoors.

I am very disappointed. I received this machine about 3 days ago. I loved it! BUT…one of the pedals broke off and it cannot be reattached. The attachment part is plastic, and not very sturdy, so am hesitant to get another one. I will look for other options.

The FitFLIDE has been a God send for the swelling in my feet and ankles… and as I’ve used it, it has significantly improved my knee. Much less pain! I thought it was a little pricey when I ordered it, but it has proved to be worth every penny. I could have ordered the unit with the one side, and almost did due to cost, but I finally opted for the double and I’m so glad I did… it’s helped my bad knee and I’m pretty sure it’s going to strengthen my good one to avoid the same issues I’ve had with the other one. Definitely recommend!
