You can control the speed and whether or not you want to go forward or in reverse. It’s been a great help after my knee replacement surgery. I also work at my desk and it’s great to be able to do that while working.

Unfortunetly I had to return the product. Not because it was poor quality, but because it was to big and a little heavy for my 94 year old father. That was a factor. Otherwise it is a great machine and great qaulity. Thank you for allowing me to share my review.

I’m very happy with this purchase. It stays put on carpeting. I like the features it offers an especially the counting my steps. The functions multiple. Five speeds. The only thing I can say that I wish did have is a memory where it would hold onto your number of steps that you’ve taken in a day.

My Dad fell and broke his hip in February and could not walk at all afterwards but I bought him this for Father’s day and the exercise therapy he got from this has been a true blessing he is now up and walking again and he is even back to taking showers and leading a normal life at 85!
