For those of us who sit at a desk all day for work, it’s challenging to get in enough exercise unless we are disciplined to go to the gym. I love that this little mini exercise bike is small enough to fit right under my desk and doesn’t need electricity. It is so easy to use that I just keep going until my legs start to feel tired. I can take a break and then get my feet right back on it and pedal away to keep me awake during long meetings!
Now granted, I’m not getting a lot of cardio like I was spin cycling or anything. But my legs are at least moving, keeping my circulation going and likely burning a few more calories than just sitting there. And I can feel that it is strengthening my knees. After a while, my quads and hamstrings feel like they’ve had a decent workout even if I’ve been pedaling slowly. So it really is an effective method of exercise, even while just sitting! I could even put it up on my desk and use it with my arms if I wanted an arm, shoulder, upper back, and chest workout.
This is a very simple small machine that is little more than two supports with non-slip feet and one arch with a pedal mechanism bolted on top. Nothing fancy. But it works just fine for gentle leg movement. I can adjust the tension to make it a little harder and feel the burn if I want to. It is lightweight enough that I can move it to different places such as sitting and pedaling while watching TV. This would be a great way for seniors or those with limited mobility to be able to exercise while seated.

I am 5′ tall. I do not have super long legs… or big feet. This is all in all just a clunky, bulky piece of metal. The pedals float and are not solid on the pins. There is no way to tighten them. So as you are pedaling, the stirrups slide from side to side. It is very uncomfortable, despite trying several chairs/positions. I would not recommend. Maybe if they make it so you can adjust the height or the stirrups and tighten up the pedal/stirrups. Until then, it’s a big no.

This mini exercise bike was very easy to put together and use. The tension adjusting knob doesn’t really adjust the tension in a gradual way; it’s loose up until you twist it all the way on, then you feel some resistance. I am just using this bike under my desk to increase my circulation, though, so at the current price of $19.99, I feel this bike is a good value.

This review is for the Pedal Exercise Mini Exercise Bike for Leg and Arm Recovery Exercise Lightweight and Portable Floor Bike.
So I see I get the honor of the very first review! So up for review we have this very nice mini pedal exerciser that can be used for legs or arms!
So I’m a handicapped short woman and due to my bad back, constant physical pain, balance issues, muscle weakness… I’m not able to be nearly as active anymore, can’t do cardio/running, can’t walk long distances, can’t lift weights anymore, can’t ride a bike… So I stay as active as I can as I know that’s what is best for my body and mentally. I’ve been looking for something I could do here at home that I could start out slowly/eaasy and work my way up, and this dandy little item popped into my offers! I grabbed it up fast! LOL.
So this little pedal exerciser of mostly made of good quality thick big metal tubing/bracing. It’s really light weight at just 4 Lbs for how sturdy it is! It’s very simple to assemble only needing the 4 thick bolts/screws and a couple of washers which are included, along with the needed allen wrench and the big screw in knob end bolt that’s how you set the tension for the pedal mechanism.
It does have rubber enders/feet, but they’re really not nonslip, so don’t depend on them. It also comes with what’s supposed to be a nonslip mat to set under it. The mat is like an open weave stuff like for shelf liners, or used to grip and open jar lids, it’s really thin/lightweight…. It might work somewhat on a tile or hardwood floor, but it’s not going to be nonslip on carpet. I’ll prob set it on top of a yoga mat.
So this woul;d be really good for rehab if you’ve had injuries/surgeries to shoulders, arms, hips, knees… if you have a baack back like me…. I can sit in about any good chair and use it. It needs to be a chair high enough so you go up and down with the movement as opposed to forward and back at an angle. If you try to do it at an angle it’ll slide out away from you.
It has rubber keepers over the pedals too to help your feet stay on the pedals, but they’re not adjustable for size. This is lightweight/small enough to easily pack in a suitecase too for travel! Easy to store out of the way at home under a bed/table, hang it up on the wall, on a hook…
This would be a great way for kids to work off excess energy if stuck inside. One of the best things… this can be used year round now matter the weather! I can sit on our back covered/enclosed patio and enjoy my coffee in the morning while I pedal, get my blood flowing, get my muscles warmed up and work the kinks out of them…! LOL A great choice for senior citizens too!
Regular price $19.99 per the listing is a great price for this quality, the use/value you get out it! Very affordable pricepoint! Would make a great gift for the right person that won’t break the bank too!
As always I only do honest reviews and update if needed. I hope this helps you make the best choices how to spend your $.

I like that this foot pedal is small and can be easily stored. It has some resistance and I think that is a great feature. I use this under my desk when I’m working to keep my legs from getting stiff. It does make a little noise but overall a great purchase !

Super easy to assemble and use. It comes with a gripper pad as well to help keep it in place under your desk which is really nice. It’s really easy to adjust the tension as well since it’s just a screw/knob on the top.

This is a really handy tool for exercising. It is portable and helps in giving the legs an exercise when I’m preoccupied. It obviously won’t replace a huge exercise bike, however, this is great for what it is meant for. The item was easy to put together and when completed, it worked very well. If you have wider feet, it might be a bit tricky to use as is. However, I really think a simple replacement of the rubber band that goes over the feet would be enough to make this usable.
Product Review –
This little rehab peddle contraption has been really great to have under my desk when I’m watching tv or writing reviews. It was easy to put together and doesn’t weigh a lot. It will shift a bit if you don’t have a non-slip mat under it. I have it pressed up against a wall and am able to use it at an angle. I saw in a previous review that someone mentioned having children use the pedal exercise when they have too much energy. My son has used it while he plays on his Switch and it’s helped quite a bit getting that extra bit of energy out. This is a great little item for a great price.
