Just received it. Easy to assemble and works well

I understand that items that require assembly take less space to store and ship and therefore can be sold at a slightly lower price. This was not very hard to put together and everything that I needed is included. But the description did not say that assembly is required, and the seller should not assume that the purchaser will be able to assemble the product, because not every purchaser will be able bodied enough to assemble this product, or will be able to follow the instructions. If the assembly instructions were not clear, or if the necessary tool was not included, I would have taken off an extra star from the rating for each problem. But if the description had explained that assembly is required, assembly can be done by one adult, instructions are included, and all parts and tools are included, I would have rated this item five stars. I had no problem assembling this exercise equipment with the tool following the directions. Once it was assembled, this exerciser is fun and easy to use. It seems sturdy and likely to work well for hundreds of hours of use. The pedals and straps are not big enough for really really big feet but they are big enough for small adult feet, narrow adult feet, or fairly big adult hands. Or you can take off the straps and let your big or wide feet hang off the outside of the pedals. But I like pedal exercisers where I can use both feet around the complete circle of the pedals as if I was riding a real bicycle efficiently. Only people with small or narrow feet can do this product.

Assembles in a jiffy, makes almost no noise and is perfect for a light workout on days when walking outdoors isn’t a option. I sit and read or watch TV and time flies while I pedal away. I can’t think of a single thing not to love about this inexpensive little mini bike. Exactly right for someone whose aging body isn’t up to a strenuous exercise session. Don’t hesitate to purchase this if you’re put off by the bargain price. It’s well made and exactly as advertised.

To start I had to annihilate the box get the bike out, took me two days. I have an autoimmune disease that makes my hand useless at times. The pedals are complicate even with the video to figure out how to install and they were missing a piece which wasn’t that big of a deal. The problem was that the pedals do not turn smoothly they are very jerky even with the tension bar turned to the lowest setting. I won’t be able to even use it. I didn’t return it because I had to tear the box up to get it out and I didn’t want to mess with finding a replacement box. It is also very heavy and hard to move around.

I originally bought this to use under my desk in my home office. It slid on my hard floors and I found I didn’t have enough knee space to pedal under my desk, so I quickly became discouraged. It collected dust in a corner for over a year. I thought about selling it, as it’s presence seemed to mock me for yet another failed fitness attempt.
Two weeks ago I decided to give it another go because I didn’t want to go out in the cold to the gym. I moved it onto an area rug and positioned it right behind my heavy metal coffee table so that it couldn’t slide during use. Worked like an absolute charm. I’ve been doing at least an hour of pedaling a day ever since. All this time wasted on user error! My only gripe is that the distance calculation is way off; I think the decimal point may be in the wrong space. On traditional stationary bike my average casual speed is 10mph. On this machine after 6 minutes it reads right around 00.10 and after 1 hour it is 01.00. If you need an accurate distance reading this isn’t for you, but if you want an inexpensive home bike, this is great.

I’m recovering from surgery and can’t do traditional cardio at the moment, but I got to get my ring fitness credits! So, I set my smart watch to indoor cycling and I pedaled backwards for an hour while watching a show.
This is a decent and very miniscule underdesk pedal machine. It took 5 minutes to install the feet and the pedals. The instructions even include QR to watch the video instructions and all the proper tools. Too easy. Pedaling was not smoothe initially, so I sprayed a bit of silicone lubricant on the pedal arms and that improved the movement a lot.
Pedaling backwards seemed to be the key in making this machine work well while sitting on the couch watching TV or reading a book. The machine makes no noise and doesn’t disturb anyone around me. For me, pedaling forwards cause it to jerk around and so finding the proper distance is also key. This is good value for $40-50. There are bigger, more fancy ones I could have bought for $100-300, but this was good enough for my needs at the moment. I didn’t want to invest a lot of money on this since my physical situation was temporary.

Strained my patellar tendon on side of my left knee from moving to upstairs apartment. I pretty much sit at a desk all day and although had continued my walking routine 3x a week, the soreness was not subsiding. Tried some suggested exercises which helped a little, but then thought about an under the desk peddle exerciser, shopped Amazon and found this one with pretty good reviews, so purchased and received soon after. Was able to assemble with ease, started using under my desk at work (had to put task chair down to lowest setting to avoid bumping my knees on desk). I noticed a great improvement first time I used it. Had this about a week and this thing WAS the answer! Got the healing blood flow going on that patellar tendon and although still a little discomfort when I first wake in the morning, but over all, I can walk normally without the tightness and discomfort…on my way back to healed!! Great purchase for me! Will continue using for preventative and the exercise at work. Oh, and it doesn’t slip at all, I have it braced against desk wall where my feet rest. Be sure to center it with how you sit to make it peddle smooth. NO noise, no shaking. Very smooth when balanced.
