Terrible post purchase care service from AMAZON and POLAR. This H10 sensor should be under warranty and no one gives a monkeys. I bought this for my business. It was not cheap. Polar customer services ARE ABSOLUTELY shocking. I am reporting both of you to UK trading standards. This whole experience has wasted hourse, a frustrating disgrace!

Contacted customer support to get an idea of how I could work around this with Sport/Fitness Watches, watch in real-time and save for later access. It was like talking to a rock.
Website surprisingly bad and uninformative. This company has been around for so long, can’t believe how bad everything but possibly the product itself is so incredibly poorly performing.
(They have partnered with MovePRO Alogo, so will go that route to use this for heart rate monitoring.)

mi sono fatto affascinare dalla possibilità di monitore la frequenza durante l’allenamento ma dopo tre sedute il cavallo ha iniziato a piagarsi nel punto di contatto tra fascia/sensore e sella ….. ho effettuato il reso. l’app poi non permette l’analisi dei dati è quindi inutile .

Letztes Jahr hat es SEHR gut funktioniert.
Dieses Jahr hängen die Pulswerte und sind die meiste Zeit falsch.
Da wir auch noch einen “Menschen-Pulsmesser” von Polar haben, habe ich rumgetestet (beide Sensoren funktionieren mit dem “Menschengurt”, mit dem Pferdegurt sind die Werte mit beiden Sensoren schlecht).
Ich habe daraufhin Kontakt mit dem Hersteller aufgenommen. Antwort des Herstellers: die Gurte sind von der Garantie ausgeschlossen, ich solle mir doch einen neuen kaufen.
Das ist so unverschämt! Warum sind die Gurte ausgeschlossen von der Garantie? Das sind ja keine Verschleißteile wie Reifen! Vielleicht, weil sie eben dauernd kaputt gehen!
Wie gesagt: Finger weg von dem Produkt, gibt nur Ärger!

This might work with a different watch, but I’m skeptical. The Polar Ignite watch I purchased to view the heart rate results refused to find or connect to this device. Could not connect to the Polar app, no way to actually see the heart rate, so this is useless. I used to have a great Polar HR monitor that worked with a basic display watch, the new products are trying to have so many functions but the most important one (Heart rate monitor.. hello) didn’t work. Disappointing, huge waste of time. Why doesn’t Polar make a basic display watch for HR anymore?
