I have read a lot of benefits using vibration plates. I was so excited when I got it. Seriously, just few minutes of this vibration plates makes me feel a full body movement/ workout. I love that I can use it while I’m working or watching. I can also use it in standing position. It comes with resistant band for arm exercises. It has a remote control and it was easy to operate with 3 different modes. It’s a great tool to improve overall body circulation. It’s not too bulky and Easy to store. I love it!

This is a very powerful vibration plate. It is wonderful. It is also addictive, simply because it feels so good! I’ve been using 10 to 20 minutes a day for a week and can already feel the difference in my joints, lower and upper back. If I get tense all I have to do is step on this for a few minutes and the tension disappears. My muscles actually get sore like I had a good work out. Simply amazing machine. It is well built, very sturdy and stays put while using it, through the whole workout. I use it on both carpet and our hardwood floors. If your feet or legs hurt, use this while sitting. Your feet and legs will thank you. I can already tell it’s helping with my balance because it is working my core muscles. Highly recommend.

I’ve been using this everyday for a week now and I can say I can definitely feel it working! I can feel my abs getting more toned. I do squats plus arm curls with the attachment for 10 minutes at level 20, then sit for additional 10 minutes. I feel all my muscles working, excited to see results. Will up the level and time weekly as I get used to it.

I started using this vibration plate after my friend recommended it. The 10-minute vibration truly feels like a half-hour workout, and I’ve noticed improved muscle strength and circulation. What I love most is that I can work and exercise at the same time. I often connect to Zoom calls or webinars where I don’t need to be on video, allowing me to exercise while learning.
I also love the digital screen; the numbers are big enough to see clearly. The dual controls with the remote and LED touch screen make it easy to adjust speed and time. Its compact design makes it easy to store.

I really like my new vibration plate! I’ve had one before, but it was way too bulky and didn’t seem to really show any results. I purchased this one because of the compact size, making it easy to put aside when not in use. This one is so much better quality than my last one! Even though it’s considered mini, it’s a perfect size when exercising. It really doesn’t even seem mini at all. I feel so much better results the next day after using it. My arms and legs were so sore the next few days after just using it once. I love that it came with arm bands, so I didn’t have to go out and buy some. The arm bands work great with the vibration plate, making the workout even more intense. Overall, this is such a great buy, especially for the great price! I highly recommend this vibration plate!

This vibration plate has been a great addition to our home! Not only does it give me a solid workout, but it also works as a great foot massager. It’s super convenient and doesn’t take up much space, I keep it right under my desk chair. When I want a quick workout, I just push my chair back, step on, and turn it on. In no time, I’ve noticed my calves getting stronger.
With so many speed levels and modes, it offers plenty of options for different types of exercises. My daughter even uses it for soccer training, doing squats on it to take her workout to the next level. It’s become a great tool for the whole family.

Using this exercise machine everyday, its does work great, small but very effective vibration inside, my whole body shakes when its on. Love this small gazette, i hope it helps me reduce my weight.

This vibration plate is surprising me because of how powerful it is. There are 5 modes available to hopefully increase blood flow and accelerate lymphatic drainage and weight loss as advertised. Love this waver vibration because I can really feel the SHAKE of all my body fat when standing on it. There is a large LED touch screen that shows time and a control to increase/ decrease the speeds. The overall size is portable for travel and easy to carry around at home. High quality plastic won’t be too heavy but durable. The noise is low and not noticeable but the plate size is smaller than I expected. I would suggest making the plate available in bigger sizes for different people. The best thing I like is I can multitask to do something else while exercising by simply standing on it. Very good for people who work from home. Price is ok with the deal.

It works and does what it says it would do. I knocked off a star because it’s a bit noisy, my husband says he can hear the motor from upstairs. You get what you pay for: it only rocks in one direction and even the highest speed doesn’t feel super high, but I didn’t want to pay $400 for one that does more. For what you pay for I think it deserves a good rating; you shouldn’t rate something against a more expensive model unless it claims to do all that a more-expensive ones does too, which this one doesn’t.
No issues with the remote and I like that you can still use the manual buttons if you prefer or in the off-chance that your remote stops working, as other models I looked at could only be controlled by the remote but then you’re SOL if your remote breaks.
Overall the benefits are still nice: I bought it because I have low gut motility and also get puffy in the morning. I do feel it helps a bit with my regularity, and that my eye bags go down a bit after using it.

Have had my eye on these for quite a while but I have limited space. Took a chance on this smaller size and I was not disappointed. It is pretty powerful! This is great just to help break up inflammation or just do regular exercises on for an extra little challenge. Easy to use then store away for the next time. The extra bands and ropes saved me money from having to buy them separately. I also got my mother on here and I thought it was great for her to work on her balance. Overall so many uses and for the price you can’t go wrong.

Quite heavy and sturdy, Performs just fine. Suprisingly very quite, i was afraid might bother down stair, but no at all. Feels good, the shakes have 5 mode, the different mode is difference is very little. Lose weight is so hard, so i am trying this out to see it it will help, it says 15 min a day. I will try to do that. It seems to be easy enough. The sit down yoga position was not easy, but I get used to it eventually.
