It’s been less than week, I’ve used it 2x a day and the relief + openness in my ankles w/ verified mobility drill improvement blows my mind. Arch pain came out of nowhere last week, I couldn’t walk without pain the next day. It was a familiar feeling to 7 years ago when I had to DNF a half marathon for the same reason. I’ve since been lifting more, thinking my body just isn’t made for distance. Naturally the same limitation started to impact my squat depth and cause heels off the floor. I hit the point where I knew my strength was going to become just as limited as my running distance without correction, despite proper mobility and stretching. There’s something about this tool that truly does provide the relief and stretch depth required to heal. This now has a permanent place in my self care regimen, I LOOK FORWARD to using it, and cannot wait to see what unfolds over the next year.

This device gives you so much support that you feel much more confident and your stretches are more productive. I have lots of ankle and arthritis damage and this tool makes stretching feel better and it’s so easy to use that you’ll use it more often.

Easy to use and well made. This device does exactly what it says it will. Much cheaper option than visiting a physiotherapist!

UPDATE: I really believe in this product. I’ve been using it every day for about three weeks and my tendonitis is much improved. I’m even back to running again, albeit carefully. I do two sessions of 10 stretches each every day. I live in an apartment and if I had to go find a stairwell I wouldn’t do it regularly, so I like that this is nearby and I can easily use it.
So far, pretty good. I have had recurrent Achilles tendonitis for 20 + years that flares up now and again. I’ve heard the best way to treat and prevent is eccentric exercises on stairs. I don’t have easy access to a stairwell so I am using this to approximate the movement. Seems to help. The product appears well made and I would recommend trying it.

This does give a better stretch than using a wall etc. and I like how it makes it easier to stretch the lower calf also. I have knee issues so just bending them to try and stretch the lower calf even with leaning my weight onto the counter top still hurts my knees. With this that stretch doesn’t hurt.
My only irritants are the heel thing comes off sometimes, and if I use the toe portion then my shoes get wedged in there and it is hard to grt off my foot.

I heard Sean Hayes talking about this product On the SmartLess podcast and I bought it very doubtful. I’ve had really bad plantar fasciitis for about two years. I use this product twice a day for 30 seconds each time for about a week and a half and then went a solid month without any burning in my foot. When the burning started coming back, I broke the stretcher back out, and it went away again, trying to get into routine of doing it daily to keep the pain away, but it’s honestly honestly pretty amazing.

When you are on the page to buy the items it says “Eligible for Refund or Replacement”. If you happen to hover over that hyperlink it says “This item is non-returnable, but if the item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund or replacement.” The heel adjuster and toe adjuster are so loose that when you try to put our shoe in they pop out of place. The item is not useable. And when you go to return the order it says the item is not returnable. This is false advertising. The items says refund but if you hover it says non-returnable. Terrible practice by seller and terrible product by seller.

This really helped stretch my foot, including the bottom, as well as my ankle & lower leg.
It’s NOT EASY to use, but is worth the effort it takes to use it, because the results are well worth it.
You MUST wear a shoe when using it, or you will hurt your foot & not get the desired results.
Immediately after using it, your foot, ankle & leg might feel a little sore, but when breaking down tightness that has been there possibly for years….a little soreness would be NORMAL.
I have done massage therapy for years now & never saw this type of tool before. When I did, I found there were lower quality & higher quality examples. I like THIS ONE because it has a lot more reinforcement in the “rocker” area at the bottom. Others, without as much reinforcement, made lighter & thinner, could break if enough force, or weight were on it. That could cause the user to fall & be injured. So, I opted for this stronger heavier duty tool.
A couple of days after putting it to the test, places in my ankle began to loosen up that had been extremely stiff for years.
PLEASE REMEMBER: When using any type “massage” or body stretching tool, results are not always immediate. Sometimes, results will be felt a few days later. Sometimes some pain & or discomfort accompanies using the tool, but LATER, once the body has had time to carry away the toxins stuck in the tight cells & tissues, & to adust to the new, not so tight tone, full realization of the treatment by this tool can be felt.
I for one, really like this & am glad I bought it. I feel better as a result of using it.

I have tight hamstrings but regular types of stretches don’t offer a lot of relief. I heard about this on the Smartless podcast and gave it a try. I wasn’t sure this would help my hamstrings but it really does! This is the first time I e felt this kind of relief in years. Highly recommend. It’s easy to use and you can take it anywhere.
