time putting it together.We had no issues assembling it but it’s nice to have 2 people.I recommend this bike very much.I can get a good workout and I put in 30 min. A day. I’m 61 and my wife is 67 and it’s a good daily workout.

I recently had knee surgery and the physical therapist said pedaling was one of the best things to do. This bike has been great assisting me with continued movement. The control pad is great – circulates through each option or you can set it on one. Seat is super comfortable and I like that I can track my pulse.

My treadmill died so I thought I would try a recumbent bike, why not sit down, right (LOL). I looked at all the recumbent bikes and chose this one because of the mesh seat back. It took about a week to arrive and the shopping box was intact and not damaged. I put it together by myself in about a hour, but I took some breaks. It was easy to put together, though the instructions listed five steps, it was really more like 15 steps. It is very quiet, and easy to crank the setting up and down. Easy to move the seat forward and backward, too. The seat is hard, but not uncomfortable. Very happy with the purchase.
