Happy customer –
The physical therapist recommended this wedge for me after having knee replacement surgery. This keeps your leg elevated without putting pillows under your knee. If anyone has had replacement done, the most important thing the doctors will tell you is to keep your leg straight when elevated. This did the job perfectly. I took one star off only because it is foam and can’t be wiped up easily if something were to get on it. Otherwise it was very comfortable.

Husband had knee replacement and it helped keep his knee elevated! Worked great!!
Purchased one years ago when my daughter had knee surgery and it was awesome! So much easier than pillows

Extremely helpful after my knee replacement surgery to reduce pain and swelling. Better than pillows because it has a groove in the middle to hold your leg straight while also elevating it. A bit pricey for a foam wedge, but worth it. I highly recommend this item. Also used it during my physical therapy knee rehab.

Too short (not high enough). Expected it to be rolled in a soft leather to hold together (keep from flattening out) easier. Would have used to get rid of swelling after total right hip replacement

After knee replacement surgery, medical professionals emphasize the importance of keeping the leg elevated and straight. Most of the leg rests don’t keep the leg straight, but are too high on their lower end – requiring the leg to be bent at the knee and only elevating the leg below the knee. This one is very low on one end, providing support at the upper leg, through the knee, and into the lower leg, keeping the leg and knee straight while at the same time elevating the leg.

This is just a piece of carved foam with no cover. I think it’s expensive for what you get but should be perfect. Mine had small pieces missing. The pieces were in the bag which is weird On a positive, it is comfortable and keeps your leg straight post knee replacement surgery.

I had swelling in my leg & foot after a total knee replacement. This leg splint made it easier to comfortably elevate my leg. It is soft and light weight, it also cradles my leg.
I am able to even use it when I’m sleeping, and it doesn’t move or slip the way pillows do. The leg splint is a simple construction and could probably be fabricated easily but I needed something right away – this was worth every penny!

This foam elevating splint is well made and seems as if it will last for awhile. A recent total knee replacement patient used this and was very pleased. Not only does it elevate the leg, but it keeps the leg stable as well. A little pricey but worth it.
